Hampton Inn Goldsboro

I really love Hampton Inns because they’re always so clean and the employees have great attitudes toward the guests. I had no problem with this Inn, it was very clean and we were able to use the space to our liking. The breakfast was very good, omelets, waffle makers, cereal / oatmeal, meat, drinks, coffee, etc. there were a lot of choices overall.
The only issues I had were some overlooked things in the room. We had no trash bag in the trash can and the body soap bottle on the shower wall was completely empty.
Otherwise it was a great time and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

This was my 2nd time visiting Goldsboro. I booked another hotel for the weekend but was not satisfied. I'm glad Hampton had a vacancy & I was able to get a room for my stay. Lana at the front desk was great and my stay was wonderful! Breakfast hit the spot.

After a long day of travel with our college field hockey team, we arrived to find out that our third party booking company never actually booked our ten hotels we needed. We arrived at the hotel around 11pm and the staff working, shoutout Rashad, was so helpful. Between giving us advice on other hotels to call in case the booking was done somewhere else to eventually getting us rooms at this hotel. They were efficient and very calming to us when we were in a very stressful situation. Very grateful to the crew at Hampton Inn Goldsboro for helping us out.

Very nice Hampton Inn, easy to get to, clean and fresh rooms. Beds are comfortable A/C works great. My only complaint would be the location, the hotel is across the road from an active rail line, I got to the hotel at 1530, about 4 freight trains went through in 12 hours. The one blessing is they stopped using their horns after 9 or 10pm.

Would recommend though, and will stay again.

I have never been to this part of North Carolina. But I can honestly say I really enjoyed my stay here. Looking forward to coming back!!

Had a quick one night stay here but was very happy with the room. Friendly staff. Kids loved the pool

All the staff here are so nice and welcoming, great customer service. TQ & Ms. Terry have really stuck out to me during my stay and i am staying more than a week. With their great customer service it has made it feel like almost home! Keep up the good work, because good customer service is hard to come by nowadays!

Amazing customer service! We stayed at this property along with another couple on our way to the Outer Banks. The staff at this property will do everything within their ability to make sure that your stay is exceptional. The facility is modern, very clean, and comfortable.

PERFECT stay. SO clean and comfortable. Temperature in room easy to control. EVERY staff friendly and helpful and welcoming as if it was their own home. Smiles. Greetings.
Will return every time we are visiting our serviceman. Stay was three nights.

We arrived around 1a.m. and only stayed one night. The front desk night shift was very friendly. The day shift was as well. Rooms were clean. Ours had a fridge, microwave and T.V. The free breakfast was very good. I am not sure of all the items available but I saw scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, bacon, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, cinnamon rolls, bananas, apples, syrup, butter, coffee, milk, orange juice, water. We would stay here again.

Ms Josie in the dining area for breakfast was amazing!!! Service at the desk was efficient and prompt. The room was clean and housekeeping was awesome. Highly recommend

I go there every year an stay there for the busco beach events mud bash/fall bash it's only 10-15 mins from park Rashad is a big help very stand up guy an will answer an fulfill anything you need I am very satisfied with this place an will stay there as much as I continue to go to these events

I stayed here for a while the staff was very friendly. Although i woke up after normal housekeeping hours they were able to clean my room or give extra towels or blankets if needed. The air conditioning was wonderful and the room was spacious. Even the public areas, such as the pool, laundry room, and fitness room, were kept up and clean. Only thing that i didnt like is that the dryer took 2 cycles ($2.00) to dry my clothes!

So far I'm having a great experience in this hotel. Very clean and the staff is friendly. They also leave fresh fruit out which I really appreciate. The walls are a bit thin so it's easy to hear your neighbor. That's my only complaint.

We rented 2 rooms for a stop over on way to Emerald uske. Very clean and updated. Awesome outdoor pool with lots of seating. Nice for eating takeout from Cookout restaurant. Highly recommend for fast food. Super friendly staff from front desk to breakfast attendant. Breakfast was great as well. Good.coffee, plenty of options for food. Recommend making a breakfast sandwich with the cheesy Ham and veggie omelette, pork sausage Patty and English muffin. Waffle.maker also a nice option. If you've never tried peanut butter and.maple syrup on a waffle, you must! Overall great stay, consistent with modern Hampton Inn lines!

I arrived very late. Lady at front desk cheerful and welcoming. Reminded me multiple times if you need anything just dial 0.. very clean and updated room. Bed comfortable. Fridge, coffee pot, blow dryer all in working over.. will always stay here when i come to Goldsboro

For a budget hotel, this is a nice option. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. There is a small gym and decent free breakfast. It centrally located. You can walk to food and Wal-Mart!

The staff was very nice and answered questions about the area.

Pets are welcome here which sometimes makes me nervous about cleanliness but the lobby, breakfast area and my room were all clean.

Visited family who were staying there. Mainly hung out by the pool. Very nice, private, somewhat quiet, with only one other family using the pool. Beautiful lobby and breakfast area, and the room seemed small but was nicely decorated.

Cici & Raven at the front desk were wonderful. I arrived quite late to check in & Cici greeted me with a warm smile & cheerful welcome. I was soooo tired & she got me checked in super quickly. She happily answered all my questions. The next morning, when I needed a few things, Raven was incredibly helpful. She also had a warm smile & was so polite & professional.

Both ladies made my experience so much more enjoyable! I can’t reiterate that enough. I was having a rough few days, I don’t think they realize how much their kindness really helped me. As a former hospitality worker, I greatly appreciate amazing service. And these ladies truly went far above & beyond. Thank you Cici & Raven for being so sweet! Bless you ladies!!!

We came down to Goldsboro to spend the weekend with our son, who is on active duty, serving at Seymour Johnson AFB. From start to finish, our experience at this Hampton Inn was excellent! Check in was fast & easy, the desk clerk was friendly, helpful & professional. Our room was on the 2nd floor, and the desk clerk got us a luggage cart to help get our things up to our room... Our room was perfect, clean, even the AC had been turned on to a very comfortable 72 degrees before we got there. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the room was really quiet, both day and night... Everyone who worked at the Inn couldn't have been nicer! Every staff member we passed had a smile, and a friendly, "How you all doin?" Every question and/or request was answered plesently and efficiently. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience..
