Very convenient location. The store has great sale prices beat out Walmart and 2 other grocery store prices. Very tidy and well stocked.Very friendly and pleasant shopping experience.

Really like the breakfast that they prepare through the week (inside the store on the far left side corner). The gravy and biscuits are awesome and they offer bacon, pork chops, scrambled eggs, and much more.

The prices on the grocery store are not bad. It is easy to get what you need fairly quick. Supplies on goods are nice.

They were nice enough for me to do a job assessment.......really good people.... now the manager I'm not sure he must be like

Had what I wanted. I'd gone to two other grocery stores that didn't have what I needed. I should have come here first. Will from now on! I didn't think I'd need a cart, but ended up trying to carry 2 six packs of drinks and 3 to-go dinners. A cashier saw me and dashed over to help me with my load. Wow! Totally impressive.

I absolutely love this store. It's never too crowded and the staff are always super friendly. Their lunches during the week at the deli are just phenomenal and I've recently tried their breakfast and it's just as delicious. Highly recommend.

This has become my new favorite grocery store. I stopped by because someone recommended it for the meat selection. The prices are incredible! My grocery bill has decreased significantly. The staff is always properly masked and very friendly. Everything is easy to find and stocked well.

Down home grocery store. Has a delicious that also has hot meals during the week. Fried chicken, meatloaf, fish. All kinds of vegetables.

The IGA at the corner of 10th and Washington in Cookeville, Tn. is a pretty good place to shop. It's obviously conveniently located. Especially for folks who live or have business on that end of town. The staff has always been accommodating when I've needed help for whatever reason. In one case, an employee was about to reopen the deli for me just to slice a half pound of sandwich meat. The deli was closed for the night and had been washed down and cleaned according to health regulations. The deli employees had gone home. When I realized the trouble he was about to go to, I of course stopped him. I didn't need roast beef bad enough to have him do all that only to have to rewash everything just for a half pound. I did appreciate the fact that he was more than willing to do so and didn't appear to mind one bit. Most of the prices are what I consider to be fair and competitive considering the convenience and not having to fight traffic or crowds. I also like the fact that I run a much smaller risk of getting sidetracked. I hate going into the bigger stores when I only need a tomato and hamburger buns yet come out with a cart full of everything else from a new grill I didn't really need to a new fishing rod I definitely didn't need. This particular IGA is usually pretty clean as well. All in all, a great place to shop for a variety of reasons. Give them a try.

4.9/5 based on my shopping experiences. Some prices are a little high but some really good deals too. They may be having staffing issues because sometimes I have to wait in line but it's only inconvenient if I'm in a hurry very helpful staff

They have alot of odd things you can't find at Food Lion. Not a huge selection for a grocer but definitely have all the basics. Best of all in the far back corner of the store you can find serious deals on meat if you get 10lb boxes. They have the best hot bar fried chicken and they make their raw pork sausage in store so it's fresh and wonderfully seasoned. Definitely worth checking out. You will have to go to Food Lion still if you want more options, but the options they do have are excellent and worth stopping by on your weekly grocery trip!!

The Deli food is really good if you like southern food. I could eat there every day. Very friendly employees. Great store!

Love to support the local people! Sometimes I pay a bit more for things, but so many things are always on sale it balances out in the end. Several young people work there and some are friendly and helpful and some not so much. Overall, good experience everytime!

I always get great service here. It's very convenient located to my residence. They have high quality food for great prices.
