The Reserve Mequon

My wife and I lived here for a little over a year. We loved it. 2 bed 2 bath, very spacious, high ceilings, clean, modern, SAFE. Nice amenities. Nice underground parking, some people can’t park in the lines. Elevator with carts are nice. Best apartment either if us were in, left because we bought a home.

We've have been here for 1.5 years so far and it's a modern, clean, and quiet apartment building. Key selling points for us was: 2 car garage parking included (2+ bedrooms), wine fridge, great location in Mequon (close to bike trail, coffee, brewery, and market!), Indoor pool/hot tub is rare to find!
Cons: The rent went up $300 after our first lease, if you need to go month to month - $500 additional fee per month, storage lockers went from $50 to $60

Moved in 3 month ago, apartment complex is very clean and feels like home.
Becky, the leasing manager, took care of us really well.

We have really enjoyed our time living here - it is a wonderful change of pace from renting downtown Milwaukee. Becky, the property manager, is outstanding! There are all kinds of community events and other fun things to attend on site, and the apartment is close enough to walk to all kinds of restaurants and other fun activities. Overall, just an outstanding place to call home!

We moved in last month and are very happy with the Reserve. It's clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to questions and issues. The location is great for us: near the bike trail, Fish Market and other restaurants, shopping, etc. The workout room is convenient and as of yet, we have no problems finding available equipment for our workouts. We are very happy with two below-ground parking spots and have used the the car wash station a few times already. Looking forward to spending time on the second floor patio this summer.

We loved living in the reserve! We bought a house so we moved out, but we have nothing but wonderful things to say about the place!

First off, the staff there is excellent! Whenever we had any issue, it was resolved very quickly by Jose, who always had a smile on his face! The entire building is spotless too! I'm a MAJOR neat freak and I always always so happy with how Raquel kept the building clean!

The amenities are fantastic! The indoor pool was such a lifesaver! I would go swimming in there a few times a week with my daughter and it was so nice to be able to use a pool year round. Another amazing perk is the community room! A lot of places charge you a few to rent out the community room for a party, but they don't! I had my daughter's baptism party there and it was so convenient to have a big space with a kitchen to host all of our guests! You can also book the pool for the day too for a party!

Lastly, I loved how seamlessly our move out process went. I've had some bad luck with other places and I was so impressed with how Kayla was so transparent about the move out process and I knew what I was going to be charged with before leaving the building! There was no surprises for us when we received our security deposit back!

We loved living there and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone thinking about moving to an apartment!

We recently moved out of The Reserve because we bought our own place, but we had amazing time there whatsoever! It is a great community in itself. The management is great (Becky is a wonderful manager), the cleaning staff is amazing, the maintenance staff is quick and the residents are very friendly 😊. The amenities you get are unbelievable too.

Love this place! Immaculate with so many amenities! The apartments are modern and beautiful with high quality fixtures and high ceilings! A great place for a professional to call home! Walking distance to so much fun and walking and biking trails to add to the fabulous workout room and indoor pool. Chris, the site manager is easy to contact and is respectful and professional.

We love The Reserve! My husband and I moved here after downsizing from our big home in Cedarburg. It is meant to be an interim move but my husband says he is never leaving! The apartment is beautiful, brand new with fabulous finishes. The amenities can”t be beat with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, dry cleaning pick up, dog washing station, storage and more. Christopher, the manager welcomed us with Reserve coffee cups, wine glasses and wine! He has gone out of his way to make this transition seamless and welcoming. I give the Reserve 5 stars! Great place with all the amenities you really need. Indoor Pool, gym open 24/7, heated garage, car wash, pet wash, lounge, rooftop patio and grilling, events, and more. Becky is fantastic as a manager, I would have thought she had been there for years with the way she was getting things done around there left and right.

If you are looking for a rental property in which to live in the Mequon area, look no further! I recently relocated to the Milwaukee area due to a job promotion, and found The Reserve during an internet search. It is a brand new facility that is well built and well designed with outstanding amenities. Who has car washing stations AND a pet washing station? We have those right here! I had some issues with the original property manager before I moved in, but Christopher took over two months ago and I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism and responsiveness. To top it off I couldn't ask for better neighbors. I look forward to getting more involved with his community.

I love my new home! The management is top-notch, extremely professional and courteous. Our neighbors are great, everyone is respectful and quiet. Couldn't ask for a nicer community. I would definitely recommend being a part of It!

I have lived at The Reserve Mequon for over one year and am ecstatic to be a tenant. The apartment is everything I could have ever hoped it would be and the amenities are great. I also commend the staff since whenever I have a problem here, it gets addressed ASAP by professional, friendly and caring members of The Reserve Mequon staff.

The Reserve is always clean and presentable. The management is friendly, approachable, and easy to contact. The people who live at The Reserve are welcoming and inviting. A perfect place to start or forever home.

Wonderful place to live. They are friendly and easy to work with. I moved in on a Sunday and the property manager ( Christopher ) greeted me at the door and was willing to help me move my stuff in.
