Dr. Canales is a wonderful thoughtful doctor. He answers all my questions and explains ways to make my health issues better. Office staff members are great greets you with a smile and I was seen in atimely manner

Dr. Canales, my cardiologist is kind, thorough, reassuring, and explains clearly. He asks my feedback, answers my questions, and sometimes makes me laugh. The staff work well together, too. For Halloween, they turned the clinic halls into a veritable haunted house; it was a real treat!

I had high blood pressure back in September. I went on a mission to lose a bunch of weight. I still had another bout of high blood pressure and they suggested I follow up. I went to Dr Palomino he was very understanding of what I wanted, and was willing to work with me. A secretarial staff is most excellent and making sure that I was comfortable and all my needs are met. It's always nice to work with somebody who wants to work with you, and sees things the way you see things for your good. Also was not afraid to tell me.like it is... I appreciate this clinic these people they were very good.

So pleased with our experiences with Dr Fletcher. Both my husband and I are his patients. His staff is always professional and courteous. He has an excellent rapport with his patients and we feel like we can ask any question and get an easy to understand response.

Very professional operation. I have always been seen within 5+- minutes of my appointment time. The wait to see Doctor has been 10 minutes or less after the medical check-in. Dr. Canales is very personable and takes the time to explain medical issues and procedures so you understand what is going on. Highes recommendation.

We had a great experience with Dr. J. Fletcher. He has a good bedside manner, listens attentively, thoroughly explaining and answer our question. He was empathetic to our concerns. He has excellent communication skills. Most importantly, we were included in the decision-making process and developed a plan of care.

Needless to say, I was somewhat concerned about the tests I was about to undergo at the Northeast
Methodist Diagnostic Center. However, after arrival, my concerns were quickly relieved by the Center staff. Rick, Samantha, and Kim, through their open friendliness and helpfulness, put me at ease and made me feel welcome. Throughout the testing process (which lasted a couple of hours) I was totally impressed by the outstanding professionalism displayed by the whole staff. Even the coffee was great. Without reservations, I give a positive recommendation for the Northeast Methodist Diagnostic Center.

I want to thank Dr. Palomino and his staff for the care I recieved on my first visit to them. Very caring and listened to my concerns, and they took time to explain everything in detail. I really appreciate that especially in today's hurry up rush you through world. IM not anticipating any health problems, just to rule out some things. I've already been around and around and it's getting really old. So if you need a great cardiologist and caring staff, see this pratice.

After a recent ER visit due to chest pain and shortness of breath, Methodist Cardiology Northeast was able to get me into their office the following week for a followup visit. I saw Dr. Fletcher and highly recommend him. He is empathetic and listened to my needs. I needed to see another specialist who was unable to get me in until April. Dr. Fletcher made some calls and got me in the following day. The office staff got me scheduled for an echocardiogram, also the next day and then a post echo follow up the day after that. Dr. Fletcher and his staff did an excellent job of getting me the care I needed timely, were friendly. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful new offices, clean, and fresh. COVIN-19 precautions were above standard. Receptionist and nurses pleasant and professional. It was my first visit - will recommend my Doctor to all my friends and co-workers. No waiting - appointment was on time which is always a pleasant surprise for a doctors appointment.

Dr. Canales has been my cardiologist for the past few years. He is very thorough about having tests done to determine / rule out issues and treat me accordingly. I definitely feel that I have better healthcare since he became part of my medical team.

I have wonderful cardiologists at the NE Methodist office. I am so glad they work with me, explain the whys etc about my medications and tests, then include me in the decision making process. They both are patient/people oriented doctors which makes it easy to care for myself...

Considering the situation that I am there for health concerns, it is always a joy to make my visits. People are friendly, helpful and I believe are sincerely concerned for my health and work to get me back to normal. I have already referred them to a friend and has met with him already.
