This hotel deserves 10 stars!!!When I say the staff are wonderful and they go out of their way to assist you ... I love it!!! The rooms are great and mattress are extremely soft after a long day of work! The rooms are very spacious and housekeeping really deep cleans the rooms! Breakfast was great and hot no matter what time you come down to eat! This will be the only hotel I will be laying my head at in Jackson Tn unless they are completely booked! My husband says this hotel was like the Hiltons compared to the scottish inns in Jackson Tn. :)

When I arrived Stephanie at the desk was great. She knew the area and recommended some great places to eat and relax. The customer service was above and beyond what I am used to. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. I highly recommend.

My name is Steve I stayed for almost 2 months at the JACKSON INN AND CONVENTION CENTER waiting for my apartment to become available.My stay there was great.The manager there David Claybrook runs a very professional operation.His staff all treat you with respect and make you feel welcome.Jennie Abbott at the front desk was always very helpful in making sure my family and I were takin care of whether it was needing a fax sent directions to a location in the city or some extra blankets it was always taken care of and quick.Hot breakfast hot coffee every morning! We saved hundreds of dollars not having to eat out every morning that was awesome!I would stay there again and would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a Nice clean room with amenities that will make you and your family feel welcomed and more than just a customer.

It was really good but the pillows were bad. They had really good breakfast but we were on a road trip and I forgot my suit case in there parking lot. We went ALL THE WAY BACK thankfully the had it safely in there hotel. 😌🙏

I love this place its a great deal for a week long stay and my room is very large and having a 10 month old i love the fact it has wood floors and not carpet its great. And the bed is so comfortable. Its been by far the best hotel ive stayed in while ive been in jackson. And the breakfast is pretty great to. If your passing through i definitely recommend The Jackson Inn.
