It's my favorite store!!! If I had a million dollars, I'd just drop it off at the counter, back my truck to the door, and fill it up!!!

Love, love, love their clearance section. I can always expect to be greeted when I walk through the doors and I can always find exactly what I'm looking for. Be sure to sign up for their newsletters and coupons to be sent to your email that way you always know what's going to be on sale.

Was returning some items. They even came out in the rain and helped me get the heavy item. Very friendly service.

A lot of inexpensive tools, but usually only one register is open so you better not be in a hurry because you're going to do a lot of standing in line. Update- Visited this store yesterday and was impressed with the stores fantastic selection of tools and accessories once again!!! I absolutely love this store ,the employees are friendly and helpful, the prices are very affordable and they have just about anything a person needs whether you are a professional or just someone who has a small project to do at home. No trip to Jackson is complete without a stop at Harbor freight. They've even improved their checkout service so you arent standing in line very long. Highly recommend this store to everyone

The first time I went to the store I was shocked to see all the great prices on there products. While I was there I bought miter at a fantastic price and a few more items that I needed. I went by a few weeks later and bought some LED lights on sale for my front porch. I just wished the store was closer to my house.

I love Harbor Freight. I buy lots of tools here (welder, plasma cutter, air compressor, tool cabinets, grinders, miter saw [Hercules 12" sliding compound miter is AWESOME], etc.) and have had great success with them. I'm from California, but visited this store in Jackson to get some things while helping him with a little home-improvement project. This store is clean, well organized, and the employees were very friendly.

Customers where wearing mask, cashier had plexiglass up and mask. Great prices as always on tools, I didn't need a coupons for what I bought, they were on sale. Lines weren't long and co-worker was helping the new cashier out, which was good to see without no attitude, he knew there would be a learning curve.

Husband's favorite place to go! We have to stop by at least once a week. Very nice and tidy. Manager quickly assisted us in getting our purchase loaded and on our way!!

The people here are so friendly and helpful especially Esther. She went out of her way to call another store to see if they had what I was looking for, she was awesome. Keep up the good work harbour freight in hiring good people

This is an excellent place to get tools, most items are off-brand BUT the price is unbeatable. Batteries, tape, sockets, wrenches, etc. On top of that they have a coupon book they send monthly, as well as coupons in the paper. More than worth your time!

Some great deals.... Watch for the spend $50 to get the $5 stuff. Think it's in the fine print but really good deals. Also they are out of the 8 mil gloves.
