I’m only in town for doctor appointments but when I am this is my favorite Mexican restaurant. It’s a hidden little gem inside a Latino grocery store. Worth the visit! I’m craving their tacos now 😭😭

This is true Mexican food at its best not a chips and salsa Americanized Tex Mex restaurant. If you want the real deal, this is your place.

This place is amazing. It's quaint with great people who are very patient and take pride in everything they do there; they put their all into whatever they are doing and they make sure that you're smiling when you leave. I haven't had the honor of eating in the restaurant just yet but I certainly look forward to it.
Thank you El Mezcal. Without your awesome store, I'd never have discovered the delicious Pineapple Jelly and Sweet Molassas Pastry.

I was so pleased to find this place. What a hidden gem! This is real authentic fare. The place is not fancy inside, kind of a hole in the wall type place (grocery store in front and restaurant in the back). But the food is outstanding and the staff has been friendly every time I go.

Amazing Mexican food! Watch out for the chips and salsa. Looks innocent enough but it is VERY spicy. Great food, great staff!

Good place in jackson . Visited dyersburg tn several mex restaurants not soo good. Coming from milwuakee where there is lots of mexicans like myself this place food is really authentic .
