SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Jackson

It was very clean the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in any motel that didn’t cook omelettes to order. It was really top-notch. We will stay every time we head south.

The young lady who checked us in was very helpful and kind. The young lady who was at the desk and looked over the breakfast bar the morning we left was very kind also. The rooms were very clean and the beds and linens were very comfortable .

This was a nice hotel. The rooms are accessed from the outside of the building. They have a lobby for breakfast. We got a suite that had two queen beds and pull out. It was spacious. Also, they allow pets.

We came in tired after a full day of driving and we're greeted by the nice lady at the front desk with the cool parent earrings, we were given our room keys and immediately went up to our room, the whole room was clean, the bed super nice, and some of the softest pillows I've ever slept on. We stayed in a suite which was really nice having the two separate rooms. I was worried we would hear a lot of disturbing sound since we were booked right at the top of the stairs but I didn't hear a thing! The breakfast was super good with waffles, bacon, eggs, fruit salad, and a bunch of other really yummy food. We normally stay at the other Best Western but I think we're going to switch to this one from now on!

The accommodations are exceptional, and the staff is friendly as well as helpful. The breakfast was hot and opened on time. The area is clean and pet friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely incredible hotel for the price. Staff, rooms, service, and breakfast were all perfect. Rooms were very clean. Bed was insanely comfy. Breakfast was the highlight of the trip. It was a small area but the food was super good and the receptionist we had in the morning during checkout was so warm and friendly. It was a breath of fresh air to stay here during a cross country trek with kids and family.

The room was incredibly spacious for the price and clean (as far as I could tell), but it was definitely humid in the room to the point of the floors being sticky (despite it not being humid outside). The shower water was also only lukewarm. Great customer service though from the staff and good location, albeit easy to miss.

This is hands down the nicest pet-friendly Best Western that we have ever stayed at! The staff - Amazing, the room - clean, well appointed, the grounds - great dog area, very clean and well maintained! We will definitely be back on future visits! Thank you all so much!!!!!

I'm currently traveling the country and have stayed at multiple hotels this trip. I can honestly say this was by far the best pet-friendly hotel I've stayed at thus far, especially for the price. They didn't charge out the butt for pets either, and my boys definitely appreciated the comfy bed after being stuck in the car for hours every day. The staff was also very friendly. I truly wish every affordable pet friendly hotel matched their standards.

I've stayed at this property twice in the last month as a business traveler. The rooms have been ample sized and comfortable. I've stayed on the first and second floors with no noise concerns. The staff has been more than friendly and helpful on both visits. The pool is open, and there is a respectable hot breakfast offered in the morning. All in all, exceeding expectations. I'm in Jackson with regularity for business...I'm absolutely looking forward to my next stay here. :-)

After going to a different hotel that we were extremely unhappy with, we found this one. The motel-style rooms are newly remodeled. It was clean and comfy with a TV and Keurig. The outdoor pool was also nice and clean. Happy with our stay.

Called the hotel for my brother, who was traveling cross-country for a move, and called me from the road, needing a room for the night. He just wanted a clean room (with clean towels and linens), and a place to park the moving truck safely. He was going to arrive at the hotel very late, so other amenities weren't important. Various hotel sites showed no availability, but I called the hotel directly, and spoke to Tyler, who couldn't have been more gracious. He said they had a few rooms available; spent some time explaining the parking situation for the truck; and said not to worry--he'd hold a room for my brother. Said the rooms were definitely clean. And they were! My brother's room had just been completely remodeled (nice white linens) and immaculate. He said that Tyler was so nice to him when he checked in. The next morning I spoke with my brother, who said he had a great stay, and got a great night's sleep. Can't ask for more! And props to Tyler at the front desk for excellent customer service and southern hospitality!

I have stayed here numerous times and every single time i have had an excellent experience. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating and the location is in the middle of restaurants and stores. I will continue to give them my business.

Lamar walked me through a room to see what they were like, we had a bad experience the night before at a competitor. He was polite and understanding as we walked through the spaces. We were in town for a family member in the hospital. He made sure to tell the evening staff and they asked after our family member.
All in all, if I needed to stay in Jackson TN again for anything, I'd pick here!
Super close to good restaurants, easy access to the main roads and interstates.

Wonderful place to stay. We’ve been on the road for a few weeks and this hotel was the absolute best one we’ve stayed at so far! Amazingly clean rooms and fresh smelling. Super friendly staff as well. Would definitely recommend.

Great Job. We arrived about 7:00 pm (late for us), and the staff was extremely personable, professional and accommodating. This is newly remodeled and is fresh and clean. They gave the paper to tell about the breakfast and to fill in our request. Well in the morning I read the part about turning in the paper by 9:00 or 10:00. The staff still honored the breakfast request - hot breakfast sandwiches and more, and we were on our way. Thank you.

The bed was way too soft, and the pillows were too fat.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and the WiFi worked great. The breakfast selection was amazing ! Blueberry waffles, biscuits and gravy, danish, muffins...... and the in-room shampoo/conditioner was a good name-brand- not some cheap stuff that is horrible for your hair! Very happy!

Room was very clean! In fact it's been a long time since I've seen a room this clean. Hotel looks recently updated. They allow pets which is great! Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but it was quick and free. Fairly quiet and there are security cameras. Note to dog owners - there isn't much grass on the property if your pet is picky about where they do their business. You can walk around front and next to the check cashing place there is a decent sized patch of grass. Just make sure to pick up after your pet!

Not a bad stay at all! My room was comfortable and clean. And the young woman of the housekeeping staff really exhibited that she cared about the facility. The front desk personnel was professional and kind! I was just passing through and if I'm ever in Jackson, I know where I'll be staying!
