I'd like to commend Ivan from fragrances. I went there to purchase a cologne and Ivan assisted me. He was courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to help me out. He took the time to answer my questions and even gift-wrapped my purchase for me. I'd definitely come back.

I always finda dress and shoes to match for any of the occasions I need to look like an adult 😆 lol ..plus in the man's section they have this awesome retro clothing...I wish I could have all of them ..

We love Dillard's and almost exclusively get our families clothing and decorations from here. Kit Kat downstairs is always so helpful. (Actually everyone is) the customer service here is fantastic

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, ugh, already and Thanksgiving is still a week away. The decor is so charming with all kinds of brick-a-brack to collect dust in your home over the holidays. I was mainly looking at bedding and they have some really pretty sets, though, of course, this is a higher end priced store. The staff is easily located for assistance, and almost to eager in the cosmetics department as the fragrances assault your nose and the clerics promise a ‘new you’ makeover.
I do enjoy looking for special, quality items at Dillards.

The best place to shop for clothes and dress shoes in the area. I am always impressed by the brands and selections available. Similar to Macy's, but better.

Great! I got my favorite perfume at Dior today. Blanquita, who is bilingual, did a great job helping me.

I was there shopping to get perfume while I walked past the Chanel counter the worker nudged her coworker and as I walked past they were speaking about my tattoos. They were making fun of how many I had saying they wouldn’t want to look like me. It was a very rude and discouraging experience. I normally buy all my fragrance here I won’t even walk through that store again. Sad cause every other employee has been amazing.
The manager came and was prompt to handle the problem. The gentleman in men’s fragrance was helpful and friendly those two made it back to 5 stars

Best dillards I’ve been too!

Excellent, I actually went to Eye Dr. And pick out new glasses. Then back through Dillards , I don't always purchase items from the store. Admit I have a weakness for Dior Lipstick. And lip products . So I tried to not look on my way out, but ultimately failed. Bc I ended up getting 1 new lipstick, 1 hydrating plumber like a gloss very pretty at Dior counter, got to visit some real pretty eye shadow pallets that I later may look into, as I have plenty of eye shadow too..picked up mascara as well to try, a new one. And then a new makeup brush . All ladies were very helpful and very kind. Not pushy , as I appreciated that very much. Thanks for excellent service behind the counter, and manager was I think it was the manager sure helped a couple things I had asked about and could answer, as they were nearby. I never had to actually ask for one. Very efficiently ran department.

I needed a suit for a funeral service at the last minute and the place I normally go was unexpectedly closed. Walked into Dillard’s, went to Men’s Suits and if you need help, ask for Don. He was fantastic. The first suit he brought was exactly what I needed. The coat fit perfectly without measuring and he referred me to a tailor to finalize the pant fit. Whole thing took an hour. Could not be happier with the service. If you live in the area and need a suit, coat or slacks, go to Dillard’s and ask for Don. Top class service.
