DICK'S Sporting Goods

We upgraded our kayak and couldn't be happier with there service they carried it down even loaded the car. We looked at several places even used ones and this was an amazing kayak for the price. We priced out some other accessories at another sports store and we were surprised Dick's was better priced. We will totally be back

I have gone to this location a handful of times and always get exceptional service, but this morning it was fantastic.. The cashier Lexi greeted me with a smile and sent London to help me find what I was looking for. She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. When I was ready to check out Lexi checked me out and noticed I switch what I was looking for which let's me know she was actually paying attention to details. This day is VERY hard to get great customer service but these two ladies let me know it's still out there.

Forgot the employees name but he was very nice. He went to the back and got exacly what my son was looking for his game.

Great service, great merchandise, great location. What is not to like? I have purchased many products here from golf balls to clothing and all have been fantastic. Yes from me.

If I could give more stars I would!! I spent all day calling and going to other sport stores trying to find a football helmet for my son. Don’t know much about sports so I guessed the size he needed. If I wouldn’t have came here I would’ve ended up with something that wouldn’t have been the perfect fit for him. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly female sales rep and she pointed us to the right direct, where we met Jason. He stopped what he was going to assist us. We tried different brands and sizes until we found what size and brand fit perfectly. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly! The best customer service I’ve had almost anywhere. Will for sure come here for all our sporting needs. Thank you Jason!

Dick’s has a wide variety of sporting goods. Their prices aren’t great but they’re reasonable. I had the return an item and they made it easy and painless. You can find some good deals on their clearance racks occasionally. The store is clean and easy to shop at.

Took my kid to get his first bat. Salesman stopped by and asked if we needed help. He showed us what my son needs, the different options he had and explained the measurement system to me. Helpful, courteous and clean environment. We will definitely come back get over academy.

Very large, well-stocked store with friendly, helpful staff. Kevin gave me so much information by phone before I came in to have a couple racquetball racquets restrung. He did a great job in very little time. We will be back with our backup racquets soon. Thanks!

Excellent for sporting goods and sports equipment.

I had a very good experience! Staff was friendly and a big help especially the young man that worked in the shoe dept. The store was very clean and there was a lot of stuff going on clearance.

Had help from an associate in the kids and adults soccer cleats. Was mostly clean and organized.

They have a great selection of shoes. Usually have to order size but they ship them quickly and customer service is great too

Bought a few items from the cycling section. Prices were comparable to Amazon. Good place, would recommend.

Nice store. They have a lot of sports equipment and clothes. I wish they had a bigger variety of other teams than just Texas.

Great sports store. Looks good in and out. Great selection, from head to toe. The only down side would be the mall (NE Mall) traffic.

Great place to get athletic equipment, clothing and shoes. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable employees. And everyone was wearing masks. 🙂
