This location always exceeds my expectations! I went today, just after Christmas the place was packed. All three employees were working diligently and effectively as a team to get everyone in and out. Even the customers that had incorrectly provided return numbers they assisted quickly and got everyone in and out. I highly recommend this location and all the employees are friendly and nice. They are always professional and never seem stressed out. Kudos to the management and the staff.!!!

Alexander and Sami went above and beyond to help with my Amazon returns. This location is family owned and operated and it really shows with how they treat their customers like family.

I do all of my Amazon returns here. It's an easy in and out in less than five minutes every time for the past year. Employees are nice, too.

I have used this UPS location several times over the past year as I have been preparing for my backyard wedding, for Amazon returns as well as other shipping needs, and I have always had a very easy process and delightful customer service. Sami in particular is wonderful.

Low to no wait times, friendly staff, willing to just type up the box for me (USPS made me buy a roll - but I’m sure mileage varies per worker on this)…

I was pleased to learn today that this franchise is actually a local small business! I heard that the franchise owner lives in Hurst and his wife is a first grade teacher at a local elementary school (didn’t hear which). I myself am a substitute teacher in H-E-B ISD I love supporting local businesses and I think this UPS Store is a great way to get brand name resources and convenience with local community heart and help!

I have to say that’s I’m writing this because the customer service there it was very good today. This gentleman named Terrel was very patient with me because I had a multiple package to return to Amazon. When we go to extra mile and everything that you do we make the difference.

I needed a document notarized and Sami was great! She provided caring and efficient service. Since I have used them for package drop-offs and shipments previously, I highly recommend this UPS Store.

I was visiting family, and we uncovered some forgotten trophies and mementos. Since I couldn't take them on the plane, I wanted to ship them to my home in Ohio. Many items were fragile, and one was particularly large. The man working there that day was very knowledgeable and helpful. The box arrived today and I saw what an amazing and thorough job they did packing all of the items. Very pleased.

The service here was fantastic! Leo help to me get an important package shipped. He suggested I use a UPS Box which was a stronger, better fit then the box I brought with me. The size difference saved me a few dollars which I used to get extra shipping services. I will definitely return here. You just don't get that service at the Post Office.

I've had a great experience here for everything I've gone to ship/return. They're very nice and very efficient here, personally I think it's a good UPS.

I love Addi and Leo! Their whole team is friendly and ready to help. I’ve done everything from shipping, printing, notary service and faxing. I never leave disappointed or frustrated and always know I’ll be taken care of!

I had a unique situation. Leo was able to help me package everything up and get it sent back in a timely manner. I did not step foot in the store due to my situation but Leo was there to answer the phone and help take care of my needs.

I have only been here once and the young lady that helped me with 3 Amazon returns was the BEST! She helped so much, was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all...a real sweetheart! Folks like her make the company shine! GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE!!!🙂

One of the very best UPS stores I've ever frequented! The employees here keep the place very clean and tidy! Also, the customer service here is top notch and I've always been greeted with a smile! Kudos to the entire team and their management!

Hands down the best customer service Ive ever received anywhere! Loni & Addi were so incredibly helpful and patient with me. They recommended a better way to ship my package which actually helped save me a little money, and honestly couldn't recommend this particular location more!

Professional, Pleasant, Prompt, And Very Patient with the customers. Once I saw them completely keep their cool, the customer was wrong and they were very patient with the customer until he realized he was wrong.

I’ve been to this UPS store a few times, they’ve always been very helpful. Blake was exceptionally helpful, finding a solution that made sense.

This notary was most professional when using her Stamp to assist me in transferring my auto to another party. All went smoothly and took less than 10 minutes. Will use this service in the future.

Needed to ship out some last minute Christmas gifts and the young lady Denay at the front was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my gifts were packaged safely!
