I went in looking for some.plastic earring backs and had mine out and in my hand. Somehow I lost it in the store. I searched and had employees helping but no luck. I left my name and number and before I made it home they called and said they had found it. I. So grateful they went out of their way to find it when they really didn't have to. They went above and beyond. I can't thank you enough.

Went in for the framing. Absolutely beautiful items and never fails to impress me with all the beautiful things. Pricing is fair and consistent. Items are quality and you can find almost anything at this store!

Workers at this Michaels were super helpful! They helped me find what I was looking for, price matched competitors when I asked, and rang up separate transactions at my request. Awesome folks!

Whenever I need a picture frame - as I am constantly decorating - I can always find what I want or need @ Michael's.

They weren't as over priced as I remember them being before COVID hit. Staff was more than happy to assist and the cashiers were smiling 😊

Oh, I had the absolute pleasure of going to this amazing location to pick up just a few things. And let me tell you, everything was just absolutely great! I mean, I found exactly what we needed, and the service? Oh, don't even get me started! It was just so friendly, I could hardly contain my excitement!
