Foxtown Brewing

This place is awesome! Highly recommend. Everyone ordered something different and everyone liked their meal. Great service also!

Stopped for lunch after walking several miles at the Audubon Center. The black bean hummus wrap was super tasty. I was also glad that most of their beers were lower ABV. They had a lot of the more traditional style beers (like a pub ale) which was awesome. On top of that they were all very quaffable.

Very cool brewery and restaurant! I've been wanting to go there for a long time but their hours are never such that when driving by they were open. Finally got a chance to go on Valentine's day. Had a brisket burger and a caprese sandwich. Couple of their strong dark beers. The food was great, the beer was awesome.
Only negative was we wanted to do the cave tour which is only from 2 to 4:00 p.m. but they had it closed due to Valentine's Day.
We will definitely be back for dinner again and to check out the cave.

We did the outdoor domes last night and had a great time! We were surprised at how warm they were despite temps being low. The Foxtown beers and sours are great; the food was delicious and very reasonable in price given the quality, and the servers were incredibly friendly! Will go again.

Excellent foods and beers. Service was fast and fast and friendly, even on a busy Friday night. Definitely will be back!
Something to note: the bar doesn't have hard liquor, so any mixed drinks you want will be mixed with alternatives. But the beer is great! So do that instead!

Wife and I are always on the search for an amazing burger…we found it today! The elk burger and the 1857 burger very so wonderfully flavorful. The Bavarian onion soup was delicious, and cheese curds perfectly gooey. Everything locally sourced, not the basic food service supplier product you get at so many other places. Service was great, thanks Brielle, and the history lessons and beer cave tour with Bill were very interesting!

The Cajun shrimp tacos were perfectly done. Baked onion soup made with their beer was rich and flavorful. Salmon with chimicurri great.
Our waiter was attentive. Though the dining room is large, it is not noisy which allowed easy conversation.

Awesome selection of beer and great food! I want the seasoning used on the fries in bulk! The foxtown burger and patty melt were absolutely delicious. Lots of meat on the Reuben and chicken wrap. Definitely a new favorite! Did not sit outside but looks like a very nice patio and bar area. If you have time, ask Patrick for a tour, amazing history of the building!

Ate lunch here for the first time, great experience… our server Amber C was fantastic, great personality with perfect service. Tried the flight of beers loved them all !!

Excellent pulled pork sandwich; they know how to serve it (onion strings and coleslaw on it). Excellent fries: hot and crispy. Service very good. Great furnishings/design.

We stopped at Foxtown Brewing in Mequon for dinner on Friday, July 16th. This is a really nice place - we didn't go inside the building because we dined in the outdoor seating area (so, I'm not sure what it's like inside but, I'm sure it's nice...). We were greeted and seated promptly and courteously. The outdoor seating area is really nice with a bar and there was live music while we were there. First off, Fox Town Brewing has a GREAT selection of AMAZING house brewed craft beers - the beer alone is a good reason to check out Foxtown Brewing. The service was friendly, knowledgeable (especially about their beer) and attentive. For dinner we had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich (above average), the Foxtown Philly (very good), the Pork Schnitzel Sandwich (this was a great sandwich - good portion size, light crispy breading - delicious Black Forest ham, baby swiss, pickled red onions, & honey mustard - what an unusual sandwich with a very good flavor combination) & the Foxtown Fish Fry (great portion size, house brewed beer batter - delicious - very tasty slaw - well done). We all got fries with our meals - Foxtown has some unique fries - thin-cut, light and crispy and the seasoning has a slight sweetness that gives it a really nice savory flavor - these are some of the best fries around. Overall, a great outdoor venue with some serious craft beer and good food - we will be back.

I cannot rate the food because I haven't went here specifically for dine in. The atmosphere is very nice and the drinks are wonderful. Large variety of all types or beers. Parking is difficult if you are looking for something close. Great place for business or taking a date or family.

First time here -- and loved it!! Nice ambiance, food was excellent, and we loved our server, Javi.
Definitely will be back!

Great beer, vibe and appetizers! I've met friends here several times and was never disappointed! We had the nachos and the cheese curds which were excellent. Our beer choice was the Octoberfest and it was very good. The outdoor seating was perfect. Also went to the Annex to see a band and that was a great experience. I'll definitely be back!

We had Charlie while we rented the dome. (As well as a few other times.) and he’s great. On point service and never make you feel like an inconvenience. The food and the beer is also what keeps us coming back. Never had a bad thing to eat, beer to drink, or poor service. 100% always recommend

Our new favorite place. Went here for lunch with a friend. Loved the live floral displays. We were able to sit in the enclosed, heated porch. I had the best Reuben ever! We will be back.

Nice dinner at Foxtown on October 27th. Our server was Charlie, and he was superb! He was attentive, helpful and prompt.

One suggestion for your large main dining room - the tables facing south along the isle near the servers station is very drafty. It’s extremely uncomfortable because air is blasting downward from the air exchange system. Oddly enough, we are always offered a table there and I feel like I need a quilt!

Great beer selection, friendly service, and very clean everywhere. Loved how open the space was and they were very busy but still did an excellent job of making sure we were taken care of. Staff all wore their masks appropriately and you saw them do a great job cleaning between guests!
