Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Jackson, TN

This hotel was very nice and clean and with friendly staff members. We stayed on the second floor and it was great we had a vending machine and ice machine on the same floor. Our comfy king size bed was very roomy. Our room and bathroom was very clean. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was the best ever.

My wife and I were greeted by a very courteous front desk person. She seemed happy we were there. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom sink's plug even worked! The lady who prepared breakfast was helpful, and the maintenance man was on site and alert to needs.

The room was nice but the most special thing about this hotel is the evening front desk person Amanda. She is amazing. So helpful and caring. This is a person who deserves a raise because it’s hard to find employees like this anymore who really care about your paying customers. Because of her we will be back and we will refer this hotel to others.

I walked in greeted by Amazing Amanda.
I was exhausted from driving.
Amanda made sure I had a very quiet room, fresh coffee and snacks as well a hearty breakfast. Amanda made my travel so much better. I appreciate everything she did. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

A little questionable for security.
I arrived 4 hours later than my Mother. I ask for a key to my room... the young lady gave it to me at 11pm without asking to see my identification.

We had a wonderful stay! Amanda and Charles at the front desk were excellent with the check in process. Breakfast had a variety of options and was absolutely delicious. The room was spacious and the bathroom was updated and clean.

Very friendly and courteous. Let us switch rooms to 1st floor so it is easier to take Service Dog out to restroom at night and in early morning. The breakfast in the AM is yummy. The bed is comfortable, pillows too. Nice bathtub and shower. There's a gym. The parking lot was well lit. Restaurants in walking distance.

This was a great last minute booking in order to avoid having to drive further into Nashville. The lady running the desk was wonderful, quick to answer all questions and went over everything, also pointed out the stairs to my daughter who hates elevators! Overall very happy with the room, clean, comfortable. No complaints!

Great service here! I explained my situation, a broken down car 3 hours away from home. They said there were no rooms available for a few hours so they let me graciously campout in their lobby until one was available. Same the second day while I waited for my ride home after checkout. Good breakfast, good rooms, good company! I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone interested.

Great Hospitality!

We stopped on a trip from Texas to the Smokies. We have a disabled child and Amanda got us set up. She was amazing! Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was okay.

We are on day 1 of our honeymoon just passing through to our destination. We were met at the door with so much warmth and friendliness from Amanda! We woke up the next morning with a nice congratulations card from Amanda and the staff. The breakfast was amazing!

The are busy but breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. Ac ice cold! Also rooms do not have paper thin walls like most newer hotels.

Amanda went far and above to help me with last minute reservations . 14 hours on the road and then no hassels . quick in and out. room and service were fantastic. thanks a million

Clean comfortable room. Nice hot shower! Beautiful breakfast with something for everyone. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here quite a few times... Its always clean, ac cold, comfy bed, quiet. Really enjoy when they upgrade for my membership. Everyone is hospitable.

We had a very good experience here. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, quiet location. (Didn't eat the breakfast so no feedback there...and no pun intended.)

To management: tiny things that would be helpful, but not a big deal - washcloths, toilet seat lid, shelf in shower.

The hotel was nice. The only downfall was that our room was on the side of Sam's where trucks unloaded and parked for night. With the noise of trucks ru ning. Had a good breakfast

Absolutely amazing experience. Wifi is great, small gym but lovely, nice part of the town, and I have “Alex” who really helped me out and did an excellent job that made my day! Definitely recommends Alex for any promotion or raise - he’s without a doubt worth it.

Had to have my car worked on at the Nissan dealership. Had to stay overnight and this place is across the road a bit but right behind Walmart. I was stuck overnight and had to buy clothes and things.
The bed did have 2 hairs in it so I slept on top of the covers but everything else about the room was great.

Nice hot shower and comfy bed.

Very clutch and very clean.
Breakfast was good too.
