Michelle was so knowledgeable in all the boots. She took her time and made my husband and I feel like valued customers. She showed my husband different insoles and supports that helped him to decide on the right boot. 5 star service and employees.

Excellent service! Knowledgeable and friendly staff that are experts in recommending perfect fit boots. They have a machine that 3D scans your feet for precise measurement of shoe size and fitting. Will be back!

I came to the store looking for a certain style and I got exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a cowboy , protective style shoe and Michelle assisted me to find just that. She greeted me as soon as I entered the door and began giving me information on which shoe would apply to my interest. She did a foot scan to be sure I was getting the right size that would fit comfortably. She was very helpful. I will for sure be going back!

Walked in at closing, everyone stayed until I was perfectly fitted, walked out happy. 3D foot mapping, custom footbeds, Boa torx boots are amazing, work all day in HVAC and no more sore feet. Thanks for the fantastic service

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. She asked if she could help me find a certain product. She went and got the size I needed after being measured by machine. She offered different widths until I was completely comfortable and then after that recommended what insole that would best work for me. She was very nice and helpful and very knowledgeable of her job making the whole experience easy. I will definitely make more purchases from this store in the future. Great job and product Red Wing.

I'm 60 years old and have been wearing steel-toed boots for 43 years. Red Wing work boots are the best work boots I've ever owned...by far. I'm so glad we have a Red Wing store in Jackson. Michelle and Zack were great at helping me get the correct boot for my big feet. Thank you so much. The boots, new socks, and anti-fatigue insoles feel great.

Sales guy was really helpful. He put me on the machine and sized my feet and then helped me select a boot to meet my needs. He was very professional and polite.

I was looking for some new work boots. I used to wear Redwing all the time, but had not had a pair in many years. Very satisfied with my visit. Michelle was very helpful and friendly!

Went to the store the laid who was working was helping someone else. She spoke to me asked what I was looking for I told her she explained what boots to look at. When she finished the other customer she put me on a machine to see how I walked and measured my feet and talked to me explained what she was doing that for. Then she went to the back got boots that were close to what I was looking for tired them on walked around in them and bought a boot that she had to order and should be in with in a week. Enjoyed the experience and will go back again when in need of a pair of boots.
