Comfort Suites Jackson I-40

This place was our overnight stop on our way home.
The place was clean and inviting, rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
Checking in was a bit slow, not sure if it was the attendant or the technology making it longer than needed.
Access to the place was a long and twisting driveway, never seeing anything like it before. After driving eighteen hours that was the last thing I wanted to do.

Beautiful hotel with pool, hot tub and fitness room. There’s a small convenience store downstairs available 24/7. Breakfast was hot and delicious but a little bummed they didn’t have ingredients available for waffles.

Great place to stay the night if you're just passing through. I enjoyed the hot tub and the breakfast. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the air filters were extremely dirty. I did bring it to management's attention, though, and they were very professional and apologized for it. Good people

Stayed there for over a year for work. Eveyone was really nice and professional. Beth " works front desk" always done above and beyond to keep a roof over our head. With the location and our crew schedule ,that was a big order . She knocked it out of the park. Beth, " Thank you," Alan and crew.

I left a bad review of this hotel by mistake. It was supposed to be for another hotel in Jackson, TN. My apologies to the management and staff. I've been to this hotel and it is everything you'd want in a hotel. Ckean rooms, well kept building and grounds and a friendly and efficient staff. Once again my apologies for my bv error.

The grounds were spotless
throughout, and the staff
was kind. The beds were quite comfy,
and the rooms were large. I adored the extra pillows
placed on the mattresses. In other places that I've stayed, I've
always needed to request
extra pillows. Due of my father's surgery, I had reserved a room in advance. His procedure was ultimately postponed, and I was able to contact and make a
last-minute reservation for
another room, which my
parents also loved. I had 2 small children, and they loved the pool, albeit a bit cold. I personally was able to relax and enjoy the hot tub, and the kids didn't seem to mind the cold pool. I am looking forward to
returning as a guest and will be making another
reservation during his  surgery in a few weeks.

This place was hands down one of the best places we’ve stayed. And we stay in a lot of hotels due to traveling for a living. The rooms were great. Clean and had a lot of space. I never heard any kind of noise while being there. But the best thing of all was the breakfast attendant. He was so nice and friendly. He kept fresh food and a clean dining area. He was on his game. He truly impressed me. I hope that if the company sees this review, they give him a raise! He deserves it. Every guest that came in, he made sure to interact with and be of help if needed. I’ve never seen such great hospitality in a hotel. The front desk attendants that we were able to communicate with while staying over the weekend were awesome as well. Great place! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay here. The beds were very comfortable and our suite was just the right size. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the pool could use a few more lights though. Breakfast was quite good and the cook/serving attendant was super nice, he was hospitable and helpful. Check in and out was super simple, this was the perfect hotel for us on a long trip from Ohio to Texas!

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The front desk Assistant Manager was very friendly even though they were experiencing internet and technical difficulties. I could tell she was working hard to make sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. Technology is wonderful when working well but when it’s down can cause all kinds of issue and she handled it like a champ. Very convenient to the interstate and several eating establishments nearby. Would highly recommend a stay here if driving through and need a comfortable and convenient stay.

On October 16, 2023 there was an incident that happened on I 40 with my car. A dual wheel truck threw a construction barrel into my windshield and busting it out. In a panic being eight hours from home after dark, with all local hotels being booked, I finally found a room at the comfort suites. I was greeted by a smiling face and the brother of the owner of the hotel. I could not have asked to be treated any kinder. The hotel was extremely clean, and the hospitality was beyond measure.

Wow! Such a great experience. Martha was helping several guests when we arrived but still made a point to greet us the moment we entered. She was attentive and joyful with each guest!

Rooms, hotel and indoor pool clean and comfortable. Breakfast was expansive and hosted by 2 gentlemen who were checking on everyone and keeping the items full - really enjoyable way to start the day!

Housekeeping was super friendly and attentive as well plus were gracious with our son's dad jokes!

They have good quality breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. Good place to sleep.

Since August 2022, when I stayed here, they have renovated, and it looks great. Martina who checked me in was friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Although I'm a fan of having a tub at the hotel, I really liked the new shower; not having to freak out about the shower curtain (usually dirty at all hotels) made getting clean a lot easier and comfortable. As a solo traveller, I had tons of space to spread out with the king bed and the sitting space. Free hot breakfast was what it is at almost every Comfort Suites I have stayed at; scrambled eggs, diced potatoes with peppers & onions, bacon (this sometimes is sausage), and biscuits and gravy. There are the usual complimentary breakfast items like cereals and waffles and such as well. A little challenging to figure out how to get to it, if you've never been, but trust your GPS. Casey Jones Park is a pretty exploration nearby. The nearby Dixie Cafe/Old Country Store seems pretty popular as well. Wonderful little oasis between Memphis and Nashville.

Beautiful and clean hotel right off the highway. Well maintained. Delicious breakfast!

Liked it so much, we stayed twice in same trip. Friendly, Clean, Good Breakfast. Close to Casey Jones Home and a Fantastic Southern Buffet!

Great hotel. We stayed for one night. It was impressively quiet in the rooms especially since it’s so close to the interstate. The room was clean and nice. The beds were soft and comfortable. Every employee we interacted with was really friendly. Breakfast was wonderful, hot and lots of variety including several healthy options. Great place to spend the night and great place for families.

The staff at this hotel was the best part of the stay! They were exceptional—friendly, personable, and caring! The rooms were clean, well kept, and comfortable. I slept much better here than I typically do in hotel beds. We could not be more pleased with this stay.

This is the second time I have stayed at this particular location for work. My work only uses choice properties and by far this one is the ABSOLUTE best! It’s clean, the staff is amazing.
When I was there in February they were doing updates and it definitely paid off. I will always stay here even if not for work. Also massive shoutout to Christina for always being so amazing.
