I have never been so satisfied with an insurance agency. The customer service is unmatched by any other agency. I can't thank Marbella enough for her courteous and immediate response to my insurance needs. I have referred her to everyone at my job she is the best!!!

Dealing with her office and organization was the worst experience I've ever had with a professional organization of any kind. I added renters insurance to my auto policy to get coverage on the multiple tools I carry due to my line of work, remodeling. I told her associate why I wanted the coverage and what I carried in my truck most times. She wrote the policy, explained it and I read and signed it. She told me I was covered. In March my truck was broken into and about half my tools were stolen. I was told that my work tools weren't covered because they were for business use. I should have received about $750.00 after the deductible but was only given $198.00. This is after also having my rates increase every few months with no tickets or wrecks. I trusted them and even backed them up to a few people who had bad things to say about them. I feel like a complete idiot for doing that now and actually believing they had my best interests.

This woman is very rude. She is condescending and unprofessional. Choose anyone else for your insurance needs. Farmers in a good company it’s sad that this woman is a face of farmers insurance.
