I am very disappointed with the attitude of the pharmacy employee that I talked to today. After returning from an overseas trip Thursday night I could not reach anyone there on Friday. After multiple calls on Monday I was eventually able to request the required medication refill. When I questioned the person about the hours of operation I mentioned that I may transfer my medication refills to a pharmacy that would service my needs better, the person said that I should as though they don't want my business. Having been in business for about 3 decades I nor my employees never treated a customer with such disregard. Dr Butler is a really good endocrinologist and it's because of her that I chose to deal with this pharmacy which is in the same facility. It's a shame that management hires that quality of people.

This place has failed to refill my subscriptions correctly more than once. Just today I was told my doctors refill order was “typed into the system incorrectly”, resulting in no medications for over a week.
