This is the best Target store in the area of Cypress or Jersey village that I have ever been to for drive up. The people are always really nice and everything just works so slick. It's just the best Target store I've ever done drive at that hands down. Keep up the great work guys. I refer people to you everyday 💕

This is a great location the store is always clean, well organized and with friendly employees who are always willing to assist the customers as needed. Even the drive up service here is superb.

Last minute, I needed a Christmas gift. (Finally heard something that my daughter wanted for Christmas.) I took a detour and headed to Target. To my absolute delight, I found what I was looking for on the first pass. Target to the rescue. Thank you.

I am 73 and it was so easy to drive up and let Target employee load my tv and other items into my car. Top notch, fast and courteous service.

This is one of the cleanest locations I have been to. The store is also well stock and has a variety of products including groceries. I want to shout out a gentleman by the name of Bobby. He was the only cashier at the registers and he was amazing. Bobby was very friendly, polite, and even ran after a customer in the parking lot who forgot one of their bags. You could definitely tell he is dedicated to his job. Please give him a pay raise! He truly deserves it!

The store conditions are great, they always have items in stock. When I shop, employees will greet me and ask if I need help looking for items I’m shopping for.

I would like to commend a young man from your location for his excellent and exceptional service today, I think his name was Brandon. As my daughter and I was leaving the store with 2 baskets of things we’d purchased for her new apartment, 4 shelves among those things. He was walking in and I asked him if he could assist us in getting the shelves in my vehicle. Without hesitation, he turned around and walked to my vehicle and placed all the items in the vehicle with care. I tried to give him a tip because I really appreciated his help, he declined the tip saying it was a pleasure to him to be able to help us. I thank this young man from my heart and I pray that God blesses him abundantly in his future.

Overall clean inside and outside target for the staff. Good selection.

I received EXCELLENT customer service (the best I’ve ever experienced at Target) at this location today, thanks to Manager William, Esmay a cashier, and Damien who helped me load my heavy purchase into my car. Thank you all for your kindness, your smiles, and for going the extra mile to help me maximize my savings! During this pandemic, customer service nationwide has been lacking, but the energy and positive attitudes shown by the team at this Target location restored my faith in humanity today. The store was also very clean, organized, and well-stocked, and they had great clearance deals in multiple departments.

I LOVE THIS STORE. THE WORKERS ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I PREFER TARGET OVER WALMART ANY DAY.

I've never given a review for a Target store but I had to. My shopping experience was the same as usual(I went in for what I wanted), and more of course. The employees spoke as they passed me, which I was not expecting. Finally, the young lady that totaled me items was the kindest person I've to provide customer service in a while. She greeted the customers before me and made pleasant conversation. Same with me, I was very happy I had such a kind hearted person to speak with. Her name isn't on the receipt but I will definitely do the 2 minute survey.

Great plan B store when you need a quick purchase

I really like the Steeplechase Target. This location has everything I need in stock. The employees are friendly and eager to help. The store is clean and organized. I moved so this location is no longer the closest Target. However, I still drive to this location often because I do enjoy the great customer service.

It's not very often that I take the time to write why I am giving a particular place the number of stars that I give. I was in the this location about 20 minutes ago to take advantage of a great deal on diapers. They had plenty of the items that I was looking for and I went to self checkout like I normally do since I have coupons not to hold others up behind me. The lady that was at the self checkout to my left was being assisted by the cashier who helps if you need assistance. After the cashier was done helping her she came over to help me since an item of mine rang up three times and needed voided. While I was finishing up my transaction I found out that the lady that had just checked out next to me had the audacity to go to the manger and complain that the cashier was irritated by having to help her. I am sorry this is the total opposite of what happened I was standing three feet away and heard the entire interaction and saw she was very helpful and patient with the customer. Then promptly came and assisted me. I am not sure why this customer would do this but I think it's very unfair to have false accusations against someone that are completely untrue. I also left my contact information with the store if the store manager would like to reach out to my himself. I go to this store weekly and have never seen or experienced any associate being rude.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a big smile and handed a basket from Yvette Me and neighbor just went in to get the flu shots we were scheduled for at 11am. The lady that gave us our shots was SUPER friendly and we were done in no time. At the checkouts a young lady with blonde ponytail brought me a larger bag and put my pillows in it. So helpful. THAT'S whyI love Target.

Love, love shopping at Target. Their employees are so nice, friendly, and helpful, so far in my over 20 years shopping at Target, have met a rude Target employee. Love shopping online and pick up at the store when in a rush.

It’s so convenient. Having a toddler, sometimes I need a quick item and going inside the store with him ends up taking forever . I appreciate this service and the quickness it is for someone to come to my vehicle to drop off my item! Always kind people

I've been shopping at this location for years, and it is without a doubt my go-to place for everyday items I need (except groceries). Not only are the employees always helpful, but it's a much safer shopping experience than what you'd find at Wal-Mart or Kroger across the street.

We always find friendly and helpful staff members at the Steeplechase location. Shelves are well-stocked and the store is clean and neat. We appreciate the courtesy of the employees and their efforts to keep the store clean, safe, and stocked, especially in today's life!
