Went shopping today for my Thanksgiving meal, the staff was so friendly , polite and helpful. Ally who worked there for 10 years helped me so much. I was in line and forgot bread, ,cake mix and my free turkey, she found everything I needed with a smile. Angelica, the cashier was also very helpful, she told me about the digital coupons for the yams and the free turkey. During this time of the year you expect subpar service but I was pleasantly surprised because I received excellent service. . I almost forgot about the manager, Javier, he was great too, he helped me with getting the digital coupons on my phone to work.

Margot & Diego were an amazing team at the checkout! Great customer service and fast with my huge grocery order. Smiling and helpful. Well done!

Today I only stopped to fill up my gas tank - their gasoline is always competitively priced - plus I have earned shopping points to further discount the price per gallon. The grocery market itself is large - it was an Albertson's in a past life - and the variety and selection in all departments makes shopping in the market easy and enjoyable. The store is always clean and well-stocked and the staff friendly and helpful. Love, love, love the Pharmacy and staff at this location.

Always superior in stock and service. This location is a treasure to the grocery buying community. Their bakery and I are on a first name basis. I have never seen such clean floors. They're like mirrors.

Always fresh food and good prices. The staff and employees are so helpful and willing to go the extra mile.. This is a smaller Kroger but they got a great thing going... Great Beer selection!

I just had the most genuine experience tonight. This is my first time to be on food stamps and I asked the check out lady Jon Aae for her help. She was very very helpful. She told exactly what to do. She helped me along the way. She even put her Kroger card in there even though I had my own and then actually paid for all of my groceries. I have had the worst time lately with losing my business and losing my finance both due to covid and struggling being a single mom and this Angel stepped in and saved me tonight! She even hugged me and I'm a sweater lol. I can't thank her enough. I hope to repay her somehow, someday. Thank you Jon Aae 🥰

I cannot tell you what a wonderful experience I had in the floral dept. Let me first say how beautiful and fresh the flowers are; however, I was there for balloons for a shower and Brittany and Zoe tag-teamed to make a 2-dozen balloon purchase go as smoothly as possible. The balloons were perfect; ready on time, and I was blessed by the attitude and caring of these employees. Thank you! I will be back.

Kroger for me have special qualities that are very needful to my well being. I'm talking about the pharmacy. what I love most about their pharmacy is The Kroger Stores are connected and I am able to go to any of their stores and get what I need. Every store, everyone that work in that field has always been kind, very pleasant, and extremely helpful, especially when I did not have the money for my meds. And for that I am grateful

Whoever said don't let the reviews fool you, please don't listen to them. Obviously, everyone is entitled to their opinion and when you have such a large number of customers daily, once in a while I'm sure something doesn't go right. However, I shop here almost everyday( at the gas station a few times a week) and I know most of the employees and managers. I know where almost everything is since I shop here do much, but if there is something I can't find they don't just point me towards it, they walk me to it. I've never gotten anything out of date. I usually use the self checkouts and have had the employees chase after me many times when I've left groceries, my change, etc. In my opinion, BEST grocery store in Houston.

I love this store! The employees are so friendly and eager to help. I come to this store often (several times a day) and I love the atmosphere. I know mostly everyone on a first name basis. Everyone is great, from the ladies at the customer service counter, the managers, the cashiers, and the baggers. Thanks ladies and gentlemen for your exceptional service.

Great experiences! They haven't put the the meat with the vegetables in a long time. :)

They have a whole foods/ organic isle with beauty products. Would like to see more eco friendly/ organic products. They are on the right track.

Very clean, great selection of product, and lots of work going on seems to indicate improvements to come.

It's pretty commonplace to not be greeted anymore by most businesses, either upon entry or exit.
It's far more insulting though when I look directly at two employees who were to busy gossiping about their fellow employees to greet me, bid them a nice day, and receive Dead Silence with not even a glance in my direction.

Hospitality would get 4🌟, but you're getting 5 as an encouragement to do what you're capable of! 🙂

BTW, to any customers who may be tempted to be offended by the cart Pusher yelling obscenities: that man suffers from Tourette's syndrome, so please be as forgiving as possible, because he is most likely not shouting at you ☺

It's great shopping at this Kroger because they have a big parking lot and the inside of the store is also large and roomy. This Kroger has a wide selection of items - name brands and the store brand.
This store doesn't seem to develop lines at the checkout like the Walmart across the street does, during peak hours.

Was so happy when I walked across the street to this place from the Walmart that they had potato wedges at their food area it's been like a month and Walmart still doesn't have them forget it I'll just go to Kroger thanks Kroger

I enjoy shopping at this Kroger. It is located in a shopping plaza. The store is clean and easy to navigate through. The employees are typically nice and helpful. It is a good for a quick stop or stocking up groceries for the week.

Great store! Try the Readfield brand of summer sausage. This Kroger is the only location to stock this brand. Located out of Bryan/College Station, there summer sausage is the very best tasting I've ever found, anywhere! Thanks Kroger!!!
