One of favorite grocery stores. I know a lot of the staff who are very friendly, but even those I don't know are friendly and helpful. Fruits and veggies are fresh and look great. There is a wide variety of foods and other items needed to meet my household requirements.

Nice clean place, but a little on the small size bc they haven't remodeled this location to increase the size. However, I usually find what I need.

Ordered curbside pickup and about 30 minutes later received a call from Mikaela (I hope that's how you spell her name) and she said my order was ready whenever I wanted to pick it up. I placed my order for 6pm and was very shocked it was ready so fast. When I got to the store Mikaela was very fast with bringing out my order. Best customer service I have received in a long time!

I come to this Kroger occasionally and it's always decent. Tonight though, I received excellent service from Chelsea. Her customer service skills are top notch and hugely differentiates this location from the other stores I occasionally frequent. I'll definitely be back to Kroger specifically and exclusively because of her. Thank you, Chelsea!!!!

My review is mostly directed to the customer service. Since I moved here almost 2 years ago this location is being my first choice and the best. Associates are so kind and always making sure I have the best shopping experience even during this pandemic time. Hands down to this location for having great employees!

They have everything that I need here: my groceries, pharmacy, etc. Great location for me to easily access, at least if it's not during rush hour or on the weekend, then it's a little more difficult. But, I'm usually pretty satisfied when I shop at Kroger. Some locations have had some less-than-professional employees, and after customer surveys & feedback from lots of customers, those employees were eventually replaced, but this location hasn't had that problem. Only thing is that sometimes they don't have the medication I need, so I have to go hunting all over town for it, otherwise I'd have to wait a week or more for them to order it. But, the medications I take are actually hard to find at most pharmacies, so it's not just this Kroger. Usually only larger pharmacies or 24 hour pharmacies have the medications I need... Anyway, I'm very satisfied shopping at this Kroger! When I've needed assistance with finding something, I've always been treated quite nicely and helped in a courteous and professional manner. Good people work here at this location! And that makes all the difference! I think it's because we're kinda out of the city and on the fringes between the city and the country, so it's a nice neighborly & friendly place to live where people treat one another with respect and common courtesy. It's kinda like country values in a small city environment. And not just any type of country values; it's Texas country values. There's a big difference! I love my neighbors and I love this Kroger!

On March 19th 2022 way daughter Birthday I got here some balloons from krogers on h wy 6 already had helium in them and these balloons last for over a week then I want to get some balloons from party city fort fiancé birthday cause I was in that area and the next day the balloons was on the floor in dont know what's going on but im not going to get any more balloons from party city

The Store always looks nice...easy to navigate! Produce looks great! The employees are friendly!! Carts are always available at the door instead of all over the parking lot!!

My neighborhood store for more than 10 years. It's the closest store to me, so my loyalty is really just convenience, but we've "grown together" so I use the stuff they stock, they stock the stuff I use. The people are really nice.

UPDATE: They've remodeled, and stepped up their game. I've now been to this one and the two "signature" stores nearby. I'm sticking with this one. Better personnel management leads to friendly and helpful staff, always have a cart or basket available, don't mess up my order making me go to customer service counter before I leave. It's just a more pleasant experience than the other Krogers nearby. Happy to be a regular!

Old review:
I have noticed a fall-off in cleanliness over the last year or so, it's beginning to look dirty and a bit downscale, which is really I think a result of some slacking off on the cleanliness and upkeep. The Kroger Signature stores don't have the same problem, but just because this is a smaller store is no excuse for it to seem...junky.

Smaller Kroger location which is great, Willie currently in produce helps everyone, greets the customers he knows as regulars and others, cares to do a really nice job and knows this store very well. Better than the biggers store where if I need three items from produce, dairy and pharmacy it take 20 minutes for a purchase not 8. Love this location.

Thank you for being open during the storm, dealing with the complication of power outage, and keeping things stocked and available for the immediate neighborhood. You came through for us today, Copperfield Kroger, and even though we've been critical of this store in the past, we are quite grateful for it today. No complaints.

Stopped by this morning to pick up a cake. My daughter had a photo shoot and i had not pre ordered a cake. I wanted something small but they didnt have it. Maria at the bakery went above her duties a made a cake decorated and all on the spot!! Thanks so much for assistance and great customer service

Wasn't really a Kroger shopper till I visited this store. Nice staff, very clean store, every time i go here the staff is very helpful. Lines are reasonable if they see 3 people in line they open up a new lane. I give em 5 stars. This staff works hard and it shows..

This is not the nicest Kroger I have been to but I have been here many times over the years. The staff is friendly and a few of them I know by name. The pharmacy staff is great as well. I really have no complaints.

Kroger's is great! Every $100 spent a month in groceries gives you .10 off a gallon of gas. Once, I saved .90 cents off a gallon when gas prices were higher which really helped!
