Best customer service we received yesterday from appliances department. Went in late with a very tired toddler and the lady helping us purchase a refrigerator was so patient and friendly. Clean and organized store, easy to find what you looking for and if you can't find what you're looking for the staff is happy to assist you. We will be back and definitely recommend this place.

We have been back maybe twice every other week. We purchased all our appliances and blinds for 18 windows for our new home. Maureen helped us pick up a door and was supper nice and pleasant to work with. I cannot even begin to explain how excellent the customer service is here. So far this is my best home improvement store.

Currently in the the store looking for paint and again Maureen was working in the paint department today. She is so phenomenal at what she does, she provides the best customer service ever. She is so patient and very helpful without feeling like you're bothering her. We love this Home Depot so much because of the customer service we receive from the employees here, highly recommend this store.

Customer service is so much better than Lowe's. I believe there's an atmosphere of bad morale at Lowe's & it always goes back to the leadership.

Wonderful employee in lumber ,working the saw. Didn't get his name but he is a 10 star employee. Great customers as well. If I lived closer that would be my go to Home Depot.

Home depot is my favorite place to go for home repair stuff. I've had small issues over the years but they have usually taken of care of the problems. The only thing is, I would say some of the employees need more training on some products. Definitely depends on which store. I go there so much my kids say it's my 2nd wife...lol

My boyfriend is doing home remodeling and we had an emergency with the bathroom faucet Nathan the assistant manager at Home Depot went above and beyond helping me get all the right pieces I needed excellent customer service skills and I recommend this Home Depot to anyone

Love the out of town experiance at home depot . i was on am outta town job and they had everything o needed just like at home in Dallas. This is my home depot is my go to supplier before anyone else. Plus they have really cool 2 story tiny houses for like 12,000

Had to get lumber to reinforce our fences so our dog won't get out!

Just want to give a shout out to Cynthia, the Operations Manager, for her stellar customer service. My mother and I were in Home Depot today probably with lost expressions on our faces and as she was on her way by us she asked how we were doing, opening up the opportunity to share what we were looking for. She walked us to where we needed to go and had great advice. On top of the devoted attention to our needs, she was clearly taking care of other tasks simultaneously. Just excellent!

It's a regular Home Depot but the workers are great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I was asking about scratch and dent appliances and she told me I might find a better deal online since there was a big sale going on. My kind of people!

We have purchased 7 appliances, new kitchen counter tops & a new sink.
They're our go to store.

I was thrilled with their level of customer service. I returned an item and I had no problems. When I was going down the aisles each employee said hello and asked if I needed help. They would stop their work and help me. Even at the self check-out they were quick to help. Great shopping experience.

Every aisle is amazingly labeled big as can be, so you know EXACTLY where to go for what you want/need. Any time I've been, the employees have been very friendly and helpful. I only wish yall would have a larger selection of the bagged rocks to paint 😉

Home Depot Waco, They always have what we are looking for 😁 shelving and brackets. Of course we always find something extra Today's find was sanitize wipes at $1.43. I purchased the box of #15 @$21.45 total 😀 ❤

Home Depot is one of my favorite places to get home decor , remodeling, and repair items. Their customer service is always on point and their store is always clean.

I'm not sure if everyone at this store was 5 star, but most of the people who were working there this day was exceptionally professional and helpful. One woman at customer service, had a attitude, and was unfamiliar with the Ridgid brand being sold at home Depot, even though I was standing there with a saw in a box, from their tool department. She still had to call and ask someone.

I just need to shoutout two employees, Shannon at customer service/returns and Steph at the paint counter. They were so incredibly helpful! It was a busy day and there were a lot of customers to help but they weren't flustered and they were actually super kind. I felt like I was pretty high maintenance in what I needed today and they exceeded my expectations. Thank you both so much!!

Okay let me just start out by saying, you can refer to my review on Lowes in Waco before or after you read this. Anyway, John in appliances (washers and dryers) as well as Roger back there, were busting their tails stocking the shelves in this store on Wednesday night last week. When I asked if someone could sell my husband and I a washer and dryer, they both came right over and did not hesitate to help us find exactly what we wanted and more. In 10 minutes we were signing up for delivery and swiping our card with no hassle, no hesitation, no extra mess that usually comes with a big purchase such as a set of washer and dryer. Now to the delivery! Set date of delivery was today Monday the 13th. Not only did they text me with delivery updates, they made sure to have their 3rd party company driver call me when he was 15 minutes out. They also updated me with how many stops were before ours. If that’s not intense customer service I don’t know what is. Now to the actual product. Not a single scratch, ding, problem with our new purchase and as soon as we get home, we will run a load of clothes and see how it does! They also give you a number to call if you have any issues in the first 48 hours and y’all, the delivery guy was frickin awesome. We 100% will go to Home Depot from now on. It’s a little further out and we are happy to make that drive. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

We had a great experience with two Home Depot Employees and I hope the store will commend them from us. It was of course 109 degrees and we had trouble loading an appliance we purchased but these two men, Ian and Ray were awesome and stuck by us and helped. We’re in our mid 70’s and not familiar with what we were trying to do. They were polite, resourceful and just the breath of fresh air we needed. A big thank you to them and kudos to Home Depot for hiring good personnel! Thank you so much!
