Had to recently book a ticket for my mom four days before her travel at the height of summer rush. Isha managed to search and get me the best rate and ideal route considering she was traveling alone. Isha has been my travel agent for almost 10 years now. While comparing airfares online and what she offers, one might be tempted to save that $20 or odd by going online. But the kind of care and service she provides washes away the price disadvantage. There were instances when she went above and beyond to resolve issues, like passport last name error, last minute flight cancellations/changes, general travel advice etc. I have contacted her every time I have been on international travel in the last 10 years.

Isha Travel accomplished an extraordinary job for me. I had trouble with one travel agency and also with Expedia. Out of frustration I looked up one of the best travel agencies in my area. I gave the information that I wanted for a round-trip ticket first class with lodging and rental car. Isha Travel had the e-Tickets, travel, lodging and rental car confirmed within a couple of hours. Provided excellent service with a smile. Isha was very helpful, gave me options regarding my flight to Dubai UAE. I wanted a specific flight at specific time and date and she worked with me and gave me good and competitive prices. ISHA Travel did a fantastic job for us. My wife and I needed to get our 15 year old daughter from Nairobi Kenya to Dallas Texas as an unaccompanied minor.
