Kroger

Ive ordered pick up many times from this location, it's my go to location and they do a fantastic job! Thank you Matthew, he always calls to let me know when they are running a bit behind or if there are substitutions in my order. Kathleen and Daniel are amazing too, they brought out my order the last few times and always checks if I have additional coupons and make sure I know about any changes to the order. I've never had a better pick up experience this team is amazing and I appreciate all the effort they put in to make sure I'm happy with my order. This location really has a great system!

We love this Kroger location. Their produce is always fresh, and they have a good selection in their meat section. Sometimes they even have great deals on steaks! It’s usually busy though, so we make it a point to go there during the week.

Daniel the employee that took my groceries out to my truck today 10/19 for store pickup was so nice and friendly and pick up was so fast. Thank you Daniel for your help. Great store! Food wise they have everything you need. Prices are good as well. They have your healthy options and the fun not so healthy options. They have a good meatless meat section for vegetarians like us! Love their produce. It’s fresh and tastes great. Good variety of fruits both organic and regular. Great options for juices, both healthy/organic along with the traditional ones we all grew up with.

They had a lot if stuff that I have ot since I was a kid, broads that I thought were discontinued, plus a lot of new stuff. The fruit and vegetable section had a large variety. Definitely will be going back.

My "brother in law" Bob who was working carts outside today is a literal angel. He made my whole day and helped me with unloading my groceries into my car while I juggled my 4 month old baby who was nearly falling out of the carrier. Thank you Bob!

This is one of the best Krogers in north Dallas. It's incredibly huge and has all the products Kroger should have, I didn't have trouble finding anything on my list that I can think of, maybe they didn't have 1 or 2 things but overall it's good. I also like how the checkout lines don't have a front conveyor, the checker person just grabs them directly out of your cart to scan them and then sends them on the back conveyor to the bagging spot. Saves time. I will say, when I went on Saturday afternoon they were definitely understaffed on the checkout lines, no baggers and only 2 lines open with long lines of carts waiting at each. Right when I reached my check stand, they opened up a third lane but had no baggers. The young man ringing me up was definitely agitated and worn out, I think at one point he even said he was about to quit or something, I could tell he was stressed even though I had to do a majority of my own bagging. There are two self checkout areas which helps but I had too many items. so the checkout process/experience was not great, maybe it'll be better next time.

I use Kroger pickup every week and it’s great! Daniel and katie always put a smile on my face-they are some of the sweetest people in the whole world

I’ve been coming here for 3 years and the workers are great and they are always fully stocked. Looking at some of the people who give one star and put down workers are the grocery store who make minimum wage…. Sad. But if you see their track record they only look at negative narratives and give bad reviews. This is literally one of the best Krogers around and my baby and I get nothing but great service here.

I really love the Kroger location off MacArthur in Irving! I always have a great experience and recently I had an even better one. I made the mistake of leaving 2 bags of groceries at the self checkout lanes (luckily non-perishable) and as soon as I realized it I called and Celeste was happy to assist. She had me go in with my receipt and told me to go get what I was missing and she gladly bagged it up and send me on my way. THAT is customer service!! Thank you Celeste for your help!!

Moved here from Indy. A clean, well kept kroger store.

Kroger is a great grocery store. Generally things are tidy and they are constantly restocking. Fresh baked goods and bagels are very good. Can always count on getting the things you need from here. Prices are also very reasonable

I love it!! It's so much bigger than the one we have in Houston! So much varieties and qualities to choose from! You can spend fun hours here!

Yes, I know you are out of many things but you are doing your very best to keep it stocked and safe. And I especially want to thank Adam for keeping a smile on his face and staying positive and helpful.
