Kohl's

I just wanted to give a compliment to Angelina at this store. I was shopping and made a comment about how much work she was about to do in the shoe department as there was a huge jumbled mess in front of her. She had such a positive and enthusiastic response to this challenge. It was nice to hear and her pleasant personality made the environment a nice place to be. That one has a great attitude and I hope she is recognized for it.

Good shopping centre, it accepts Amazon return, also providing discount vouchers while returning any Amazon product.

Store is clean and has so many options. The clothing selection was huge.

I don't shop at Kohl's often. I will be coming back as a repeat customer. The store was clean, organized and love the prices and friendly staff. Annette checked us out and in the process signed up for a Kohls card to get a larger savings. She was so thorough to the end of our visit. A really pleasant experience with her. Had to pick up an item that had been ordered. The young lady who was running the area was fast and helpful. She had a long line and got everyone taken care of quickly and was friendly and helpful.

Employee's were friendly and very helpful. At check out the cashier couldn't obtain my 35% discount when using a Kohls credit card for the first time, but the lady in customer service took care of the transaction. These sort of things make me a permanent customer.

my sales associate was TODD and he is and always has been very friendly, helpful, efficient, thorough and a true customer service person. very knowledgeable and makes shopping at the store 1233 a pleasant and nice experience. hang on to this associate

Annette, has assisted me in multiple occasions. This last visit she demonstrated patience and understanding during my mess up 3 times in attempting to apply for th kohls credit card. Did not rush the process.

Located in right place where you have wholesale warehouses, big groceries , restaurants , retail , theAtre. Coming to Kohl’s - clean and good, inventory . Staff nice and ok . May not be biggest outlet there but site to store shopping is good and customer service area is easy to locate. Like kids stuff and inventory in good conditions. It busy always and big parking space . Shopping carts are ok but not in very new condition . Near to highway.

I don't go for shopping, but they have Amazon Returns inside the store. Very convenient 😃

Chances are you were here just to return the Amazon items you decided you didn't want after ordering them drunkenly in the middle of the night. Great coupon to get some money off of a t-shirt you normally wouldn't buy.

Good quality products with better prices, bought a pair of shoes and clothes, Blazer, shirts.

The store goes extra for customer service and returns, and they have good prices, and they take Amazon returns. Sometimes the clothing selection is not everything we hope for, but It's a favorite with my household.
