24 hours availability is a great service to community . this is in a perfect location. Now they reduced the number of working hours but still convenient nearly all day. They also give reward points ( you get 20 dollar off for every 500 points ) . adjacent you have restaurants ice cream shops and gas stations and jewelry stores too.

It has decent selection of Indian as well as Nepali products. The place is very crowded in the evening so to avoid the crowd, I’d suggest going in the afternoon.

I love visiting this location as it’s well maintained, neatly stocked, has 6+ cashier lanes and of course Rajulas kitchen inside the store. The top reason for me being that it is open late till night 11pm and you do find certain grocery items that you may not usually find at other local stores or Patel Brothers.

For Indian veggies, according to me India Bazaar at MacArthur Boulevard is the best option for desis living in and around Dallas. Simply the best option for vegetables. I won't comment much on the grocery part as I don't get many things from there given personal preferences. And also the billing counter process could be sped up.

The Irving India Bazaar is better than the Lewisville store. I recommend going there as they carry all types of Indian vegetables and groceries. Sometimes they have good deals on popular items and their frozen stuff is also great.

I appreciate the customer service, especially the valley ranch India Bazaar. I had a good experience today that I want to share. I don't get to see this quite frequently in Indian stores..They ran out of something that I wanted, I reached out to customer service to check if it was going to be available the next day. She's kind enough to quickly pick up the phone and reach out to Warehouse or somewhere and check for me. She tried not once but twice. Ma'am thank you so much.
