Presidio Apartments

The property manager was very helpful with informing me on an apartment of theirs. The tour was very clean and spacious with new carpet. She was also very encouraging and friendly. It didn’t feel like she was just trying to sell me an apartment, it was as if she truly cared. I’m very happy with these apartments and the management.

Normally I am not the type that does reviews but this will be an exception. Prior to my coming here, I have read the reviews and initially, I was apprehensive in coming. However, a nudge from my friend told me to go by and give them a look.

Upon entering the establishment, I was warmly welcomed by Dollar. After the brief introduction, she asked for what I was inquiring about and provided me with figures as well as touring the options as well.

What stood out to me from other apartments was her dedication and investment with me as a potential tenant. She asked me questions, wanting to know what piques this place, and was transparent, which many apartments don't do. In past tours, many would rush to get a sale instead of thoroughly taking out the time to know the tenant and build a rapport. That is something Dollar had that many leasing agents in previous apartment searches didn't have.

She knew I wasn't immediately finding an apartment until my current lease was up, but she provided me with options. And even with the options, she understood the circumstances and provided me with encouragement. Although she didn't get a buy today, but she has me sold if I don't find anywhere else.

That is something customer service lacks today, building a rapport with their customers. If the Lord says so and feels that this is the place for me to be, Dollar definitely swayed me to consider this place. So kudos to Dollar and keep up the good work.

Also, Lupita, thank you for taking out the time to speak with me and provided me with wealthy information. I sure hope that this will be the next place to call home.

My name is Camrin Manning, after touring these apartments and Ashton being a great service. I don’t see why you wouldn’t want to live here. Great style the neighborhood is pretty clean and quiet and also pet friendly. The staff is welcoming can’t wait to move in this fall

I have to share this!!.A client/sweetheart of mine has lived here for going on 2 years now and from the time he moved in until now let me tell you there have been major changes with the most recent management!! Today when I called lapita was so kind I felt like I was talking to family and she was so quick to answer the phone which literally has never been a thing in the past. Before you'd have to call numerous times and still no answer . They've also made alot of changes around the apartments from adding a room to receive mail By locker, to putting in an actual laundry room ( instead
Of using it for storage, and did I mention a puppy bath!!!??????? I've also heard some pretty negative remarks from certain people but let's remember that they are new to presidio and doing the best they can.

Toured the new apartment today and has the floor plan I'm look for and very spacious at an affordable price. Lupita and Abby were very helpful.

I walked in and was greeted by Lili, she took me for a tour of a 2 bedroom apartment, it was really nice but out of my budget if it was I would’ve definitely applied since I’m looking to move asap. Lili was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lupita was wonderful. She walked me through the application process and was patient with me. The apartment complex was clean and the tour of the apartment with the upgrades was nice.

We have lived here over a year. I had not lived in an apartment in 35 years and I wasn't sure I would like it. But living here has been a blessing, I truly feel like I was brought here for a reason, and feel this is home. The ladies that are in the office now are wonderful. Vivian will go out of her way to make sure all needs are met. The new manager seems to care about the complex and all its residents. I have encouraged my friends to look at moving here when they get ready to move!

Working with Lily to resolved a minor issue was great. She made every effort to help out her tenants. Thanks for great service!! You Rock :)

I have been living here for about 5 years and it has been great apartment ,so it's quiet and people are more respectful and friendly.

Was helped out by Dollar, she was really helpful in matching me with an apartment that fit my needs. Very polite and hospitable very happy with the assistance.

I love the apartment, the services are there is so wonderful it feel like you are at home already and plus it’s very very peaceful there

I have lived here for 2 years and I must say I have never met anyone more friendly and efficient at their job than Vivian in the leasing office! She always follows through with what she says she will get done and if unable to, always follows up. She has excellent communication and I’ve never seen her without a smile! You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She has gone above and beyond for me and I can’t say enough great things about her! Also, the maintenance team here is spectacular. I’m absolutely surprised how quickly they respond. I highly recommend Presidio Apartments!

Friendly staff. Super organized and made my husband and I felt very comfortable! Vivian was especially awesome with us. Shared some laughs and she was the one who gave us a tour of our new home, we couldn't be more excited about it. Our phone call and visitation with her here was great! Very welcoming staff, recommend anyone and everyone to check them out!

Vivian was amazing! She made me fall even more in love with the apartments. Vivian is always so helpful and led me to writing this review. Normally, I am not one to take the time but because this staff goes above and beyond I simply had to share my experience. Reading through some of these reviews though is baffling and leads me to believe these people complaining just do not read their lease. The office is always very helpful and if I cant reach them over the phone a quick email is always replied to promptly. I have enjoyed living here and look forward to a long stay.

This community was extremely well kept and safe before Tamera left 6 months ago. So happy Tamara is back, she will make this community feel like home again. Tamara, the office staff and maintenance are always friendly and quick to respond to any problems that arise. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others,

I've been here for 6 months now, and I have nothing but good things to say about Management and Maintenance here at the Presidio Apartments. I am always greeted with the warmest reception by both Ladies. It had been 12 years since I had lived in an apartment, so I was really behind the times, but Vivian in Management EXPLAINED whatever I did not understand about my lease, rules & regulations.
Now Maintenance, when I put my service calls in...they are handled if possible IMMEDIATELY. WEEDO and/ or MR. HERMAN, these two Gentlemen I have had the pleasure of meeting, and their work ethics & service was impeccable.

Great place to live. The apartment complex is clean, parking is always available, and neighbors are considerate. Tamara and Vivian are very nice and helpful, they always strive to make sure residents are taken care of. This place feels like home and I intend to stay here for a long time.
