Sheridan Park at Spring Creek Apartments

My A/C had stopped working, but thankfully Charlie with maintenance promptly responded to my repair request. He was so nice to my dog, giving her treats so she felt comfortable & kept me informed throughout the process. Later he & Darwin came to check the cooling system again to make sure everything was running smoothly & to see if i had any other concerns. Very professional & friendly team! Thanks so much!

Very professional and friendly maintenance team! Charley helped us get a toilet change and discovered and resolved an underlying problem in the bathroom as well. He provided clear updates and was careful to keep everything he used and the carpet clean while he worked. Great quality work! Thank you 🙏🏻😁

It's an amazing community, a great office team/maintaince team, we have been living here for almost a year n plan for the next 5 years. It's safer community and price wise, very competitive, with nice amenities. They were quick to resolve any issues we faced. Jacqueline is always supportive & helpful. She is a great person to deal with. Overall, we have a great experience so far at sheridan.

I just moved into this apartment, my sink kept getting clogged up, bringing out horrible smells and dirts that makes me throw up. The garbage disposal was not working properly. My Christmas was ruined. Last Friday someone came with a plunger but could not address the issue thoroughly and it happened over and over.

When Charley Vargas came to fix it despite how swapped he was with other jobs, he took his time to address the root cause, he went back to get bigger equipments to suction and clear out the dirts from the pipe (the whole house was stinking) He changed the garbage disposal and the rusted part of the sink. Above all his hard work, he cleaned the area properly like nothing happened and had the door open for fresh air.

I am more than happy with his work here. He just saved me from a nightmare.
He is also very polite and pleasant. He is truly passionate about his work, reassuring and empathizes with tenants. May God bless him 🙏.

Alex Nicholson is by far the best property manager who has assisted me at Sheridan Park. He took the time to listen to my concern and he corrected the issue and provided a solution for future reference. I have lived on this property for five years now and I have no complaints.

Charlie in maintenance was great! Fixed our issues quick and even fixed a couple things I didn’t mention on the ticket when I told him.

I just wanna say what a great experience we had since the moment we applied. Jacqueline was very helpful every step of the way & very informative about the things we needed so we could get approved. Then we got the great news we had been approved so we just waited for our move in date & then yesterday when I went to pick up our keys Jacqueline wasn't available but thankfully Angelica Castillo was able to help me even though I can't speak English but she helped me finish the move in process which I'm so grateful. Loving our apartment . Very great customer service ! Highly recommend moving in here its spacious , clean & great team work in the office !

Our garbage disposal had stopped working and I had placed a maintenance request to Sheridan for a fix. The maintenance guy who came out-Charley Vargas- was so professional and even waited a couple minutes outside for me to quickly clean before he came in! Was very friendly, Fixed it super fast, and gave me good advice on how to prevent the issue from happening again in the future. Very Impressed by the service and appreciated Mr. Vargas for his time and dedication to the job.

Update: Charley saw me in the parking lot this afternoon too and helped me with my flat tire! He's amazing!!!

I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door. The office staff is amazing. I was helped by Jacqueline and Angelica. They made my Experience with this apartment complex very easy to sign up and move in. They Are very knowledgeable and willing to help as much as they can. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for apartment.

Charly helped me fixing the food disposal, he changed/fix a non working ceiling fan, and he also fixed a room door. Very professional and he also does speak english and spanish.

The whole experience has been amazing. They have worked with me from the moment that I walked in looking to lease the unit. Jacqueline walked me through the whole leasing process and when we hit bumps she gave proper instructions on what needed to be done and was very accommodating. Charlie always come through with the service request- turn around time is impeccable and they always make sure I’m satisfied with whatever my request is. Thank you Jacqueline, Charlie, Albert and Elliot. This has been one of the smoothest and greatest rental experiences!!!!

I absolutely love this apartment complex. Jacqueline And Angelica are amazing in the front office they always go above and beyond for the residents! I have never had issues with the Maintenance men they are always on time and they are very courteous! This is a very family oriented Complex so I have always felt very safe here. I love the fact that they have also started doing more community events for example they had a nacho bar for Super Bowl weekend and they also had cookies and cupcakes on Valentines Day. My Husband and I only intended to stay for a year and we are now on our fourth lease and we have made this Complex are home.

I’ve been living at the Sheridan apartments for almost 4 years now and I’ve really enjoyed living here, recently I decided to transfer to a different apartment within the complex, Jacqueline in the front office has been a really big help for me…I hope they keep her around. Also the maintenance workers Charlie & Albert also have been prompt and work hard to maintain the complex. If it weren’t for the hard work and effort of these people here at Sheridan Park I wouldn’t still be here.

We had an issue with our AC Unit and it was horribly hot in our apartment, 85 degrees to be exact. Too hot to even try and use fans. We couldn’t spend the night in our place. That was the downside. The upside was that we called maintenance early the next day and they came in quickly and fixed it. AC was working by that afternoon. Thomas was quick and communicative. Even checked in with us when he saw us in the parking lot to make sure everything was working. I personally appreciate that. So thank you Thomas!

The maintenance team is really nice and responsive. Our A/C didn’t heat at a extreme cold afternoon. I called leasing office emergency line. Charley Vargas came to our apartment in a hour and fixed the A/C. He also helped us change the filter. Great work and we got taken care of very well.

So I’ve been here 3 years and I’ve seen a lot of people come and go but Jacqueline, the new assistant manage, is probably the friendliest and most efficient person I’ve met thus far. I needed to transfer to a different apartment and she made the process easy. She also accommodated me as much as possible and made me feel like a valued tenant. Your hard work is appreciated!
