Main Event Plano

Cooper is a gentleman who works in the gift shop. He's definitely a keeper. Very kind and humble. My son died so I had his son my grandson for Mother's Day and Cooper noticed us looking for items with the points we had and he walks up to us and comps my grandson extra points for a teddy 🧸 bear 🐻. My grandson held that teddy bear all night. Made my whole heart smile. I found the manager and told him how much I appreciated Cooper's hospitality and kindness with my grandson. My grandson was having a blast. I definitely recommend for family and friends.

Awesome place for adults and kids! My wife and I love it for adult time, our 2 toddler boys love it for kid bowling and their arcade. Many games to pick from, good prizes to spend earned points on. Food is hit or miss, but if that’s ghe reason you wanna go to Main Event, go elsewhere. The staff is great. My so lost our Fun card once, the manager was able to quickly transfer our balance onto another card, with kindness. Great spot for family fun!!

Got an 11am special deal for all access pass to everything besides games. I do feel like a location without ropes course should be a bit less than others that have it but we still had a blast between shooting pool/ shuffleboard, laser tag and bowling.

We were there thru late morning and afternoon... It would've been a slow roll except a HS group was there so laser tag was hopping! The great thing is the wristband gives you all DAY access so you can come back after school or evening too, to play again!!

Food and drink service was a bit slow at times, before say 2, but they were dealing with about 50 teens and their adult chaperones. The food was good for the price and def preferred to say rat casino or pizza games parlor ;) one entree meal plus salad was TOTALLY enough for my partner and I to share PLUS we happened to be there on 'kids eat free' Tuesday. So we had enough for an entire family!

EVERY employee or manager were very courteous and helpful. They were even willing to engage with my most curious kiddo (with all the questions) and gave us a couple games of air hockey. We'll def be back and maybe even consider a birthday party since we live in the neighborhood! Thanks for being part of our day out 🤩

Brought family here for some bowling. I ended up doing more than I planned. They offer a all day pass that ends up being cheaper than trying to do one thing at a time. The pass covers all day bowling,lasertqg,and pool. You play 2 hrs of bowling and a couple if games of laser tag and you've already saved . I do recommend the pass if you're bringing the family . The food looks good I didn't eat here so that's the only reason 4 stars. The beers are cold though lol. I did notice the prize selection for the Arcade has more options that I've seen from anywhere lately . Won't rule out Arcade on our next visit. Highly recommend

Was here over the weekend for my baby sister’s birthday party and everyone had a blast. There are tons of games and entertainment activities and plenty of lanes for bowling. The food was decent and service was great as well. Thank you guys for being so accommodating!

Danielle was such a sweetheart with amazing customer service. Also, thank you, Justin, for setting up bowling for my team.

I celebrated my daughter and son's birthday party there. I have to praise Claire and Tatiana for all their help in making the party a success. They were courteous, helpful in everything asked, attended the kids in what they needed, kept me in the loop of things that where planned, 5 stars and more, thanks guys for making a great memorable birthday experience for our family.

Hey there! Just wanted to leave a shot out to this main event. Took my mom her for her birthday (last minute decision); I won’t get into to much detail but Danielle (our waitress was honest, funny), Jordyn the manager working helped us out tremendously. Lastly I want to also recognize Pedro, G, and Chris. They all were super kind and patient while we figure a few other things out!

Main Event Plano Thank you for making our date night special! The greeting was memorable and set the tone for the night. We bowled and our server Danielle was spectacular! True authenticity and customer service was just what we’d hope for! Played pool and the bartender was on it with the drinks!

It’s a nice place to chill out or have birthday parties. I want to give a review for our party host Dhuha, she was very sweet and helpful. She managed everything very nicely and all the arrangements on time. Would love to go with her again. And of course main even is awesome to hangout with friends or family anytime.

We went here on a Friday night and did the all play pass and an arcade card, we played 3 games of bowling, ordered some drinks from the bar, one game of laser tag and the arcade games.
Bowling was fun, lanes we met clean and there were tons of balls. Bar drinks were good and pretty cheap, bartender was nice and helpful. Laser tag room was big and full of props. Arcade games were almost all 7.5 tokens to play which goes fast but they were fun games. We had a great time!

Kory at the bar was lit!!! He showed EXCELLENT customer service!! Shout out Big A in the kitchen!!! Bro had those Ranch Rub wings BUSSSSINNNNNNNN!! HOT & FRESH!!!

I took my son and friends bowling Sat..It was crowded and busy and the server Stacia was so nice and patient with these six 12 year old boys..we didn't feel rushed or like we were being a nuisance..Thank you so much Stacia for the Awesome service..the food was great as well!

Had my son's birthday party here over a weekend and it was a fantastic experience. They kept in communication with me, the party host Sarah was incredibly fun, helpful and patient with managing the kids. They share a schedule of activities and the gluten-free pizza was bomb! Thank you to the GM for also ensuring proper billing!

We went here for Father's Day. It was a fun family adventure. Bowling, video games, skee ball, air hockey...we did them all. They also have laser tag and billiards, but we didn't do those. Service was good. The seating at the bowling lanes is kind of crowded, so the recommended 5 person limit per lane. I think 4 per lane is more comfortable. We got 2 lanes so we could spread our group out.

Great place for kids' birthday party. Game room, bowling, laser tag, and more great entertainment for adults also.

Bright my 11 yr grandson. He had a blast. Even won a 500 jackpot!

My kids were here on a field trip from school. Also we come here all the time as a family. We always enjoy the food and games. Bowling, Billiards, Lasers and the music. The only drawback I noticed is that they are under-staffed. So the one or two staff on duty are always over-worked. I feel for them so much that even when they sometimes get cranky, I totally understand. So I don't take it personal. Otherwise, it's a fun place and very inexpensive place to visit
