Rob and Lindsey have created a welcoming environment w original food and drink options that the Shoals desperately deserves. It is our family’s go to choice. Highly recommend you give them a visit. Staff is great and if you are looking for something more original than corporate owned chains, this is your spot.

I had dinner with girlfriends last night and it was one of the best meals! Started with great service by Jennifer (I think was her name?!). Asked for our names then addresses us each by name all night. Nice touch for service :) She explained the menu and specials and we ordered the pierogi and burger of the month. Both delicious. Atmosphere is so cozy and cocktails, beer and wine were perfect too. They have Sunday brunch too with a Bloody Mary and mimosa bar! Highly recommend checking out this hidden gem in Florence!

Had an incredible dinner at Northwood Social- one of the best meals I’ve had in Florence. Our server Jennifer was amazing and very attentive. I’m not sure if this place is a hidden gem, but it feels like one. Will definitely be recommending to all of my friends and family and I look forward to visiting again soon.

Okay I'll get the missing star out of the way... My pork chop was a bit salty. But if that's the way you like it, you will love this place. And if that's not the way you like it, you will still love this place! Rob is the founder and proprietor of this place, and he was our server tonight. What a sweet guy and attentive server. We got the pork chop with mashed potatoes and green beans, and both sides were perfecto, And we also got this burger special, which was delish. Lots of flavor, plus bacon. And we got the freshly pressed coffee and chocolate ganache dessert, SO GOOD that we briefly forgot that my dad is Type 2. The vibe is so comfortable. The lighting is intimate. I brought my dad here. Bring your mom. Your wife. Your lab partner. Bring them and have a good time.

Absolute favorite place in town to eat … staff is the best! Very friendly and genuinely want you to enjoy the whole experience.

Excellent food, excellent service, and a cool atmosphere. The smoked salmon on naan was delicious.

They have a cool outside-area and a ping pong table in the back.

We just had the best brunch at Northwood Social! I absolutely love the vibe and the owners are so incredible and accommodating. We had a little bit of a wait but the staff was very open about it and let us know ahead of time. It was a perfect day to sit on their private patio so we didn’t mind! It’s the perfect spot for brunch on Sunday and dinner during the week. We will be back and plan to make it a regular hang out!

One of my favorite spots in Florence! We love Northwood Social along with everyone else in our community. It’s so refreshing to have a couple invest so much time, energy and of course the financial side for all of us to enjoy their delicious food and welcoming atmosphere. Their specials every week are out of this world and we are frequent visitors. If you all haven’t checked them out….. you must go!

Look, just go get some drinks and food. It's all good. It's not a bar with food. It's not a restaurant with drinks. It's like an experience or something. Maybe spiritual. Maybe this is the smash burger you've been looking for. Search your heart. Order an Under Over(berg) after dinner. Google tells me I need to use the word "atmosphere" so that my review will be read. It also wants me to add a photo, so see below for that.

10/10 ! This place has the best vibes , food , and drinks in the area ! I know the owner and his family and they’re all super amazing people. Can’t wait to go back and bring my friends.

One of the best all around experiences in town!

North Wood Social is a unique spot in the Florence dining culture. The Polish inspired menu is really complete, but other entrees are available if you don't care for the Polish influence. Our table of 4 eat a varied group of selections. My wife had the ribs, another at our table had a smash burger, one had soup and salad, and I had that great Polish plate. Everything was wonderful. We have been several times and will continue to return for this level of food quality, variety, and great service.

Smashed we did! The Smash Burger was the best burger I have ever had and the atmosphere was so unique and chill- highly recommend!

It is small but cozy. There were seven of us and everyone really enjoyed their meal! It was reasonable priced and the waiter was excellent!!

A great neighborhood staple of Seven Points. Their cocktails and dishes are top notch.
