Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

This is an update:
We were in for breakfast at approx 8:30 AM on Tuesday. Several customers, but not packed. We were seated and served very quickly. Health rating 95. All service was very good. The food was excellent. I tried the “Benny Biscuit” (CB’s version of Eggs Benedict; very good). There was adequate servers and a manager was actually walking the dining area frequently.

Curbside pickup order. The online check in did not result in an on time delivery. Phone calls to the curbside pick up number were never answered. A call to the store was answered but when transferred no follow up answer. Finally after a 15-minute delay, a young lady leisurely brought it to our car. On her return to the store, she stopped and had a several minutes conversation with a young man in a car who pulled up behind us and prevented us from leaving our parking space.
This Cracker Barrel location needs some management attention and customer service training. It has never been known for exceptional service, in or out. There is just not a since of urgency.

We LOVE Cracker Barrel! We Enjoy the great food, the atmosphere & nice service. Always very busy. They might want to expand it a bit. 😉 if the expand to the left of the building they can add at least 10-15 more tables. That parking lot side is hardly ever full. They can still have 3 rows of parking. Just a thought.

Very good place to eat. The sausage doesn't taste like sausage. It's more of a kielbasa type. I'm not a fan of that. The food was great other than the sausage.

The service, atmosphere and the food were awesome. GREAT JOB TO ALL THE WORKERS WHO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE HAS PLENTY TO EAT.

It was very good this time and the biscuits were fresh and our waiter Bryson was awesome he had a big party of people and he still tended to ever need we needed on the spot it was really good too

We really enjoyed our visit, good food and great service. We actually shared the fried chicken meal and it was plenty.

My server was more than ideal. Very polite, nice and fun. Attentive and on it.

Wonderful breakfast with my mom and I love the Caramel Latte! Just like everyone else, they are short staffed but, our waitress was so sweet.

Great place to eat, always the same no matter which location you visit.

Be prepared to come here and get full. I've never been to a Cracker Barrel before, but I really enjoyed this place. The service was great and food was nice. I got a "Grandma's Sampler," and I struggled to finish it, as much as I wanted to.

Customer service is exceptional, with eagerness to assist and go over and beyond the call of service. Always ready with a smile

The food was amazing and our server was very friendly. Her name is Bo and she was really sweet.

Good breakfast as always. The waitress never passed our table without asking if we needed anything.

Love coming here to eat breakfast at any time of the day. Their merchandise is out of this world especially before Christmas..

Food was good and the waitress was very nice and attentive.

We dined in and the only complaint I would have is the servers do not bring bread out until the food gets to the table.

2-24 For the past several months when dining in Cracker Barrel. It's not uncommon to get a fork, maybe a fork and spoon. Sometimes a fork, spoon, and a knife. The reason? Dishwasher hours were cut.
Not cool, dishwasher needs work hours as well.

My preferite location in US for restaurant not very expensive. All these locations are similar. But it is familiar. Always full of old people that loves that food.

The wait was not long. The server was attentive. The food was awesome!!
