I visited this location a little over a week ago, and I personally had a great experience. The facility is clean, and the staff are very sweet. My cashier was an elderly man, and he had a very bright and friendly personality!
I also went through the drive-thru pharmacy, and the service there is quick and thorough. The pharmacist that attended to me was very helpful and also kind.
Will be visiting again!

The pharmacy operations manager at this location was very nice and helpful. She was very informational and helped me with any questions I may have had. I truly thank her for her service

Looong ✋ wait for my called in prescription. They even said I needed to come back 😔 in 2 hours 😪 my meds! I came back after 3 hours and my meds were still 👎 not ready! I understand 👍 business is short ✋ handed, but good grief, over three hours to fill the scrip! I like using Walgreens, but there needs to be changes made, how can they continue to serve the public in this manner? And, I understand it's 👍 like this most of the places you visit, somethings got to give, people need to get up and go to work! NUFF SAID..

The pharmacy staff are unhygienic. The pharmacist is a very nice, clean cut man but the women in the pharmacy look very unclean, have enormously long grotesque nails which can in no way be clean. Dirty hair and clothing. The only one who should be dealing with the public is the gentleman I've seen and spoken to on the phone filling prescriptions. He's also the only one who speaks kindly to patients on the phone. The rest of the pharmacy staff move so slowly and show much intolerance.

I don’t have any issue with the employees. But there is some kind of issue with management or severe lack of urgency in handling customers in a timely manner. I use this Walgreens because it’s closest to my house. But I’d probably save time driving across town than waiting in line in-store or in the drive thru here. Again..no complaints on the employees personally, but I have no idea why it takes upwards of 20 minutes+ just to drop off and rx, or pick one up.

They are very unprofessional and rude. Changed my daugters pill without knowledge and then blamed the system. Store 17402 needs to learn customer skills they have none.

Very unprofessional and rude I will never have my prescription fill there again. If i could give a zero I would.
