Great food, service, and atmosphere. No time wasted with quick service to get you started. The bone in ribeye and ribs are good, along with the appetizers. Fried pickles, buffalo wings, and tater skins are my suggestions. Yes, they still dance during your meal, too.

Got the Chicken salad here and was blown away with the flavor and everything tasted good, well balanced salad and the chicken was grilled to perfection was not rubbery. I recommend this place to anyone, service was also very friendly.

This is the first time I have ever given them a less than perfect score for their steak. I have been ordering the 16oz. Sirloin cooked medium rare and it's has always been cooked perfect and tender for a sirloin steak and taste delicious. But this time it was TOUGH... Very tough. I couldn't finish it because I couldn't chew it. I thought at first it would get more tender towards the middle of the steak but it only got worse. this has never happened before at this or any Texas roadhouse restaurant. I hope and believe it was just a bad steak and it won't happen again. I told our server (who was awesome by the way) and she offered to get me another steak but we had an appointment so I didn't have time to wait as they were packed that day and very busy so I told her I would appreciate a discount and she went to take to the manager (who didn't come to my table and talk to me or look at the steak, I would have appreciated speaking with them about it. But they were busy as I said.) They offered us a 10% discount (which was adequate... I would have preferred to show them the steak.) Everything else was great as usual! Food, service, everything. Love the rolls!

I don't eat here. Like. Ever. However, I hungered for STEAK and this place delivered. It was so busy, but the staff was patient and helpful. We had server Jessyka and she was incredible!!! The vibe, the charm, the EARRINGS-- she had style and professionalism. Met beyond expectations. Overall, this was the perfect experience for an introduction to a steak house.

Hannah was our server and she was amazing. We had an issue for seating because we had a party of 12 and she fixed us right up. She was fast and friendly and was amazing with a bunch of teens. She made sure my daughters birthday dinner was great and she also had her crew come and sing for her. Hannah we need more servers like you. Thank you for fast friendly service. I was very happy after tonight. Decided to do something different and treat myself. I have extreme anxiety so coming in and having Chase check on me and smile along with the such very sweet woman, Chloe S., they made me feel so welcome and I had a wonderful time by myself. Service like this and the smiles they give ensures me that I won't have to worry about being belittled for having a nice time to myself. Loved the lady at the front desk too! Didn't catch her name 7:00pm. Thank you so much 🖤

Love the flavors! Broccoli was cooked perfectly, soft yet still chewy! Bread and cinnamon butter is to die for! Baked potato is always a win too!

Staff is nice. The only problem I had was my wife is 64 years old and has lost her licenses, so she couldn't prove that she is old enough to buy alcohol. So yea that should have been taken care of by the manager, however our waitress said he would not approve the sell of alcohol for her. My steak was over cooked. Everyone else though was great. I kept mine and avoided sending it back so we all could finish around the same time.

Our server TK was awesome! She was fast and accurate! We paid at the table kiosk and accidentally left a one star when moving it! Please correct for us!

First time visit to this Roadhouse, and the Florence, AL area.
The atmosphere was good. The staff was great at accommodating my request for a window table. The food and service was outstanding. You cannot go wrong at TRH in any state and city.

One of my favorite places to go. Fun. Great service and the drinks are incredible. We had a wonderful waiter... Turtle. He was great and helped to make my and my twin sisters birthday a hit!

Prefect spot for an evening dinner. Steaks was perfectly cooked. Sides was delicious. Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves the whole time. Makes a perfect place for an anniversary or any special occasion.

We come in from out of town to feed our football team and Texas Roadhouse had everything ready to go when we arrived and gave us EXCELLENT service. We have zero complaints, this was by far the best customer service we’ve ever had at a restaurant. The manager was beyond accommodating and friendly and the waitress Angel was the best we’ve ever had. 10/10 in all areas!!!!

We ready here pretty often. Our kids absolutely love it and eat so good when we come here. The staff is always friendly!

We visited here and had the best experience. Our server, Peyton, was an absolute sweetheart!! The food was THE BEST Texas Roadhouse we have ever had. Everything was tender and perfectly seasoned. The cooks and the staff are amazing here!

I recommend the Salmon with pickle tarter sauce. They have good steaks as well. For dessert the loaded sweet potato with marshmallows 😋

I love everything except the fact it’s always cold in the restaurant, even when it’s cold outside the air conditioner seems to be blowing cold air It’s hard to enjoy the food when you are freezing So when we come to eat here I always have to wear extra clothes and a jacket. Even the staff say it cold.

The Florence location is probably the best Texas Roadhouse I’ve ever been to. I got the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly..beer? Perfect. My husband ordered the ribs… also perfect.

My first time eating here and I really enjoyed it. We were there for my nieces 12th birthday dinner. Our server Sandie was so sweet and she done an amazing job. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely delicious! Turtle our waiter took very good care of us! I highly recommend the bone in ribeye! You won't be disappointed.
