More then just friendly and very helpful. They have the extremely hard to find parts at a more then reasonable price. And if not,they are more then willing to go out of their way to get them for you. And they won't empty your purse or wallet doing it. Seen these people come thru when others wouldn't or couldn't.

I love coming here! As home inspectors, my partner and I occasionally find ourselves without a tool we need. Every time I have been in this store I have been greeted when I came in the door, and the employees stop what they are doing to take me straight to the item I need. I wish every business I went in was as friendly and helpful as these guys!

I trust these people to replace the wicks in my kerosene heaters. Friendly, helpful. Got a nice 2-wheeled wheelbarrow there; it does not tip over nearly as easily as 1-wheeled wheelbarrow. Lots of interesting products!!

PECK ADVISE HOW TO DO THIS JOB MYSELF,FOR A 10 DOLLAR COMPRESSION TEE,AN D A HAMMER AN D A CHESOIL, SO YES,I TOOK MR.PECKS GOOD ADVISE,I DONE EXACTLY WHEN HE HAD ADVISE ME TO DO,I FIXED IT MYSELF IN 2 HOURS TOPS,I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PECK ACE HARDWARE TO ANYONE,I'VE BEEN DOING BUSSINESS WITH PECK ACE HARDWARE FOR 23 R MORE YEARS,ALWAYS FREINDLY,WITH ADVISE,THAT MONEY CAN'T BUY, NICK MCFALL
