Chick-fil-A Florence

Our Chick-fil-A is the best. Period. They are always on top of everything. I order through the app and pick it up regularly. I hardly ever have to wait, if I do it’s just for a minute or so. My order has never been wrong. I feel like it’s the one place I can leave with my food without needing to check my bag.

Food is not nearly filling enough. Tastes great though.

Service is prompt, friendly, efficient and friendly.

Atmosphere is lovely at peak times. Calm at other times

Great food and great service.
My daughter has to have Chick Fil A a few times a week
Luckily, I don't mind it either.
I love the different sauces.
My favorite is Polynesian.
I also love the Buffalo, honey mustard, and Sriracha sauce.

Fast food at its finest! This location always busy but staff keeps the line moving. Food is delivered consistently hot and fresh. Outside seating available if you are traveling with your fur baby.

Good job. However, I’ll be morning my forgotten sauces for weeks. Maybe months. I was so excited to break open a spicy siracha with my nugget meal. Heartbroken isn’t the word.

Me and my family absolutely love the staff. We have eaten at the Muscle Shoals location nearly every Wednesday for the last 6 years with the same warming welcome. I appreciate the family atmosphere and my 3 year old loves eat and play day.

This is a very very busy location.
That being said they run it like a well oiled machine both dine in and drive thru both.
Always incredibly helpful and polite.
Very clean restaurant and parking lot.
Good amount of parking and the back up to the mall parking lot.

We loves that there were fresh flowers on every table in honor of Valentine's Day.

Food is always great. Drive thru has been slower than usual lately. I wish there was a way out of the line if it's taking too long.

There is a reason when all other fast food places look like ghost towns Chick-fil-A still has two lines around the building. It's that good!

Food is always good and staff is friendly! I would suggest they do like 99% of all other CFA and have people in the drive through lines taking orders to speed up the process because you wait a long time in line because they are just so busy.

While working out of town, I visited this location after a terrible customer service experience at the local Walmart super center. I walked in because the line (just like any Chik-fil-A anywhere) was quite long and all I really wanted was a lemonade. There was no line inside and as I approached the counter there was a young lady who was clearly in the midst of doing several other things but she alerted another team member of my arrival. I ordered the lemonade and decided why not grab a fry as well.. to my dismay there was no lemonade. Not at drive through, not for dine in. As other team members paced around exclaiming “there’s no lemonade”, the young lady who was clearly busy proceeds to walk to the back and returns with lemonade. She doesn’t just bring the lemonade up for everyone else, she also immediately gets my cup and pours it so as to keep me from waiting for the main container to be refilled. Her name is Maria I believe. I insisted on tipping her because she embodies what it means to provide excellent customer service ans well ans teamwork and she deserves to be recognized and rewarded for her efforts. She also denied the tip as is the company’s policy (I was told) and came to my vehicle to thank me. But it is her who I owe thanks to. It may have only been a lemonade and she may have only been doing her job… but it made a difference for me. THANK YOU MARIA and I wish you all the best in whatever you do!

We got to the drive through at a very busy time - just after noon, and the line of cars was all the way into the mall parking lot, but there were actually 2 lines, and it moved fairly quickly for the lunch hour. The food, of course, was wonderful, as is usually the case with Chick-fil-A. Now we know why the boycott a few years ago fizzled out - everybody LOVES Chick-fil-A!

Everything was great as it usually is when it comes to Chick-fil-A. The restaurant was clean and had nicely stocked condiments, napkins, wet wipes, salt and pepper etc. which is so much more convenient than having to wait in line for what you need. The parking lot is only curbside pickup for the most part except for literally 3 spots one of which is for handicapped i wish they had more than 1 spot reserved for handicapped vehicles but as i said they had 3 total for dine in customers unless they have another lot i didn't see but i am pretty sure there isn't. Thanks for being consistent Chick-fil-A!!!

I am so so pleased with my experience this morning. Cassidy, a manager that helped me all morning, was phenomenal. I had ordered breakfast online and gotten there later than I had anticipated so the app cancelled my order. Because I called knowing I was going to be late she had my order ready when I got there! She was so nice the entire time & very personable. Cassidy definitely made our day. Our chicken minis were super yummy too.

I go there at least once a week the workers are really nice and i feel like they already know me haha! The food is sooo good!

We love this Store and staff , but the drive through time is way to long especially if its lunch break , My recent visit to a location in Augusta Ga, 3 lanes and no wait time runs like a well oiled Clock. Come on Florence kick it up a notch.

This Chick-Fil-A has some of the nicest employees of any place here in Florence. They are beyond friendly, hard-working and they make my day a little better every time I stop by. The food is great and the service is fast!
