Florence Mall

It wasn't the mall. It was godfathers pizza! They have a very good buffet there through the week. The salad bar isn't much, but the pizza is good and plenty of it, courteous people work there as well

I love doing the one-stop shopping. Wish more stores would set up in malls.

The Florence mall is a very good place to shop for clothes and just about everything else. I will return.

I Love this mall , you can always find something here. If you like to people watch you can do that here. No matter what time of the day I have gone here. It always has a good crowd. I have never had a problem with parking. The food court is rather small but it has always been clean. The restrooms needed some cleaning and toilet tissue but it was late in the day and the staff was getting ready to clean and restock it. All in all I love this mall. 😍

Good ppl great atmosphere

Ok, I love this mall but once again this guy is letting this mall go to a ghost town like Columbia, tn mall which he owned. Honestly I love the mall so great there and fun but the owner needs to go to business school or something he is more worried about his Georgia mall Than ours. So 5 stars to the mall but 0 stars to the owner.

It's nice. People need to get out more. This place and many other malls feel... empty.

Good vibes always at this mall

Very nice mall. Lots to choose from. Several "big" stores as well as several smaller stores. Staff was very friendly, extremely helpful, and foremost very professional. Mall is kept nice and clean. Love the ambient lighting from the windows on top of roof. Carpet is also nice and clean.
It could use a few more food options, bit the ones they have are nice and gives you choices on what you want. Pizza, chicken, ice cream, Chinese, snacks, cookies, etc.
Mall is having some renovations but it's no inconvenience at all. One of the better "small" malls I've been to.

I love the mall. I love shopping! Great mall and friendly workers and staff.♥ It's a great environment with tons of stores in one spot. Sadly, people are spending to much time on the internet and are too lazy to get up and spend the time supporting our local businesses. Every time a store closes several people don't have jobs. Victoria Secret is closing, Bath and Body works are closing, The Children's place is closing. It's sad. Go shopping girls!! Go shopping men!

This is definitely a diamond in the rough. With shopping malls closing left and right, this one is definitely worth a visit. It’s not packed with a ton of stores, but the stores they do have are quality stores. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised, and are planning on returning when we visit the area in the fall.

Had the brand of women’s clothing my Mom 85 years young was looking for. Sad to see a mall loose business. Local people need to support local businesses. One day they will have to travel several hours to find one.

Ok.a Lil dead inside but very nice and friendly

Without much effort, you can find most anything in this mall. It has all the stores that people have come to know and love, and more. Patrons can feel a better sense of safety with the onsite Police Department; grab a quick bite at one of the many vendors in the food court; or simply relax from a busy day of shopping at any of the multiple benches throughout. Stroller rentals are available here as well.
The entire premises inside and out are very well maintained, and the shops within seem to adhere to strict standards of cleanliness.
Every shop I visited here employs well groomed, polite individuals; who seemed eager to serve.
The restrooms are well stocked and clean. There are multiple entryways and exits for convenience.
While this mall may seem at first sight to cater to the more trendy crowd, they act quite the opposite. Everyone can feel welcome and at place here.

This Mall is all we have. Online shopping has ravaged it & it's hemoraging w/very little revenue. We are all responsible for its demise but hey...survival of the fittest! Its one story & has just a few stores. I have fond memories of this place in the 90s. All brick & mortal malls are disappearing. This mall does its best to paint & put up faux walls to hide the many empty stores. I would give it a horrible review if this was the 90s or early 2000s but we are lucky to still have a mall! It will be gone in a few years so go for the nostalgia & show your kids how we spent our free time as teens. JC Penny is gone. Sears is gone. Victoria Secret is gone. More stores are gone than still around. There are still two big chain clothing stores...Dillards & Belk. Its kept clean & the customer service is 6 stars! Great place to walk for exercise in the morning for free. No chain fast food places. Even chickfila is gone. Its a dated & its a sad & struggling mall but it's ours so its only fair to give it a decent review. Go & spend some $ so hopefully we can keep our landmark & jobs for as long as possible.

The mall was pretty lively during the Christmas season! Surprised to see that most of the shops were still open for business.

My wife loves this place. She likes their candles and their fall scents. They have a wide variety of hand sanitizers and soaps. Room deodorizer / Wallflowers.
