Outback Steakhouse

6 friends in for a birthday lunch on early Saturday afternoon. Quick seating and service. Brenden was our server and did an excellent job; very attentive to our requests. 4 ordered the 3-course steak specials; 2 ordered shrimp or chicken. The 6 oz steaks were more than ample for lunch (2 had to be sent back for more cooking, but the staff was really cooperative in doing so). The salads and soups were great as were the large sizes of cheesecake! Again, the service was excellent.

We had the best service on a busy Saturday night! We went to Florence to grab a quick bite to eat and then back home around 8:00 pm. The place we were going to (more of a fast food place) ended up being closed so even though we weren’t “dressed” to go in , we chose Outback and we’re so glad we did! Lilly was our server and treated us so well! We had the nicest conversation and she gave some of the best service we’ve EVER had ANYWHERE!!! Our food was good, like always, but our service is what we were most impressed with—it’s rare these days.

My brother and I love to eat at Outback in Florence, Al. Everyone is so nice to us. Service is always great. Food is delicious.

I was greeted in the parking lot by a courteous and helpful server. My app wasn’t working so she said for me to come into the take side and just place my order. It was fast, fresh and delicious! Our take out on our third anniversary was perfect!

Haven’t been to this location since covid started back in 2020, but I was pleasantly surprised with the food quality tonight. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the food was actually warm. The service was great as well. This location has really turned it around. We stopped coming after our favorite service Corey quit and though his service could never be matched our server tonight did a great job.

My family brought me for my birthday. Lilly was our server. She was very attentive, kind, and made sure we didn’t need to ask for anything. She thought ahead and made sure we had what we needed before we even had to ask. Kasey, the manager, has a great team. From the host to the busser. Caden made sure he grabbed empty dishes as he walked past our table. They made sure to sing happy birthday and made my birthday a great night. Thank you!

One of the best dining experiences my family has had in a long time. No wait time. Travis was very attentive to everyone's requests. The food came out hot and delicious. I can't wait to come back.

This is THE BEST Outback I've ever eaten! I've traveled extensively in my life. Resorts, many restaurants ;chain and home-grown ventures. Did culinary training. Etc.
You've had Outback before. It's normally blah if you're lucky right? And The service, is only for those feeling the need for being ignored, annoyed, hated, etc. Not so here. The staff were amazing, friendly not annoying or in your face. Our waiter was absolutely the best I've had in years. My food was on par with that at high price steakhouses. The drinks were pretty. Not bad either. While it sounds crazy, this Outback is different and Amazing!

Absolutely the best waitress I have ever had. Lilly was a pro at her job! She knew exactly what I needed before I ever had to ask. The food was amazing and very delicious and paired with Lilly’s on point timing and service made this visit one to remember.

The food is always so good and service is a 10/10. My food is always warm even with a to go order. Ansley went above and beyond for my family and I while we were there and made it such a great experience!

We had the best experience today! Lilly was exceptional. She had great suggestions and paired some wine perfectly with our meals. We will be coming back and requesting her!

Outback (Florence, AL) has the most consistent service and quality of food in our area. They consistently grill my steak to my liking. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. I don’t normally write reviews but our last visit was outstanding. The food came out sooner than expected & I couldn’t help but notice how the servers worked as a team; really impressive. If you haven’t tried it, the grilled chicken & hot honey fried shrimp is my new favorite! (Hope it stays around). Look forward to my next visit.

Probably my favorite place to eat in Florence. I have to say it's because of the people. Stephanie on days always is excited to see you, Nathan loves everyone, Casey will do anything to make you happy and Joe loves to see you smiling. Great group of people, and a great place to refuel the body !

Steak and Blooming Shrimp, best Easter meal. My server Amiah was fantastic. Extremely nice and courteous.

On a very busy day Amiah had multiple tables but her stance and attentiveness you couldn't even tell. She was very polite and made great recommendations for everyone at the table based on their likings. I'm definitely requesting her the next time I'm in town. She could definitely teach some people how to be a great server for sure.

I had the best time at Outback with my friends. We enjoyed our food, but our service was incredible. We had the best service provided by Adam Rausch. He went above and beyond. Our drinks were always full and he made sure to check on us. He also has a friendly personality and made us feel like we were at home. We will definitely come back, but only if Adam is our server!
We adored him. He also gave us fun things to do around florence and other places to enjoy that we did not know about. I cannot rave about him enough!

What a great experience! The food was fantastic! It came out quick & exactly how I ordered it. My server Adam was INCREDIBLE!!! He is the perfect example of how a server should be. And he’s HOT!!! 100/10 will be back!!
