Log Jam

We were part of a large group (sports banquet) and everyone ordered on their own. We had one waitress assigned to our area and she was AMAZING! She was fast but also very customer focused. Our group was large and could be tough to handle but she did it! Food was good too.

Our family loves The Log Jam. Outstanding, fall off the bone ribs and other favorites like the Chicken strips and Burgers. No one ever leaves hungry. I feel prices are reasonable.
Our waitress is amazing and always makes us feel like family.

Had the most pleasant experience here at Log Jam! We had just finished hiking 4 hours @Fitzgerald park and we’re starving. We came in about 15 minutes after it opened and there was a homey feeling radiating from the restaurant. There were already patrons seated at the bar and at a few tables so it seemed like a pretty busy establishment. We were promptly served and our waitress was very attentive to our needs.

The food was FANTASTIC and plentiful I was shocked that we got so much food for what we paid for! The fries are to die for, they’re golden, thick, crispy, and just melt in your mouth and the house made ranch was so flavorful and creamy!

If I didn’t live two hours away from here I would be here all the time!

Haven't been to the Log Jam in a few years, but will definitely be back! The olive burger was super good and my son's miny tacos were perfect for him. I remember coming to this place with my grandparents when I was a kid, glad to be bringing my own son now.

I just ate here for the first time the other day. I got the fish dinner and it was the best I have had! The prices are reasonable and the service was great.

Log Jam is my go-to place on a Friday or Saturday for fish & chips. Hands down, Log Jam has thee BEST fish & chips (that I've had) in the tri-county (Eaton, Ingham, Clinton) area.

The crab Rangoon is absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. Had the fish and chips and it was really really good. Our server was great. Will be back again.

A favorite place to relax - have a beer with good friends and have some wonderful comfort food. The owner Chris is always fun to run into and catch up with what’s going on in town.

We love coming here! It is such a good, small town vibe. Very family oriented, we always feel welcome and like a part of the family. The food is amazing, the service is phenomenal, and the food is amazing. All of the staff is so friendly, the cooks are incredible. They make amazing food and show they care about your family. I can't say enough good things!

Place was excellent, add the Hawaiian pizza with chicken added to it. My friend ended up getting a pepperoni to go The waitress was very friendly and quike with setvices and it was good to see the owner going around make sure his customers were doing good, nice little place in gl Definitely plan on coming back out more.

Our waitress was the quiet silent non laughing type, which we had a Lot of fun with!! I'll be back there again soon!!

Vicky was a super good waitress and our food was delicious!!!!! Fantastic menu! We always have a great experience here at Log Jam. The owner, Chris, is working alongside the staff and checks in with the customers to make sure the food is just right. Eat where the locals eat, so grab a comfy booth or belly up to the bar! 5 out of 5 stars! 😁🤩 A+ ♥😋 Oh! And you must try the calamari appetizer, oh my gosh, the best in town!

the wet burrito is so delicious, i had em add onion to it and was in heaven. also some of the best crab rangoons ive ever had!

5 stars all the way around. My wife especially likes the fish basket on Friday nights!

Absolutely phenomenal service, friendliness, speed, and food. I feel like we got lucky that our visit was on a slow evening (according to a regular), but the whole experience and food were great, and VERY reasonably priced. The only point I knocked off was on Atmosphere and that's only because I'm not a huge fan of the couple instances of animal appendages jutting out of the wall as lamp holders. Mildly amusing, yes, but not exactly appetizing to accidentally glance at. 😅 We will return again next time we are in town, this is now my favorite mid-Michigan restaurant.

Young bartender and her mom are awesome! Excellent customer service and a great friendly attitude 👍 we visited having Malibu Rum and pineapple drinks and vodka and cranberry after walking the river. Thank you 😊!! The prices were great and the food we saw served looks awesome 👌
