The customer service at this location is unmatched! We went in to upgrade to a new phone and also transfer a line from one account to a different one. John greeted us right away and was so helpful with setting up a plan that best fit our needs, and even helped us save money on our monthly bill. The next day, Brody helped us through transferring the phone line to a different account. The process was long and a little complicated but he was so patient and thorough at making sure everything was set up correctly for us, and also made sure we got the best deal possible! Nico was also helpful throughout by answering any questions we had as well. This is by far the best Verizon location I have ever been to, the employees care more about giving excellent customer service and giving the best experience to the customer, as opposed to just trying to make a quick buck off commission. I will always recommend this location to anyone!

My visit to Verizon at West End was, by far, one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I was fortunate to have the manager, Bobby Bell as the person helping me with what turned out to be a very long and complicated process replacing/upgrading my iPhone, iPad, iWatch and setting up new internet service. He was tenacious and thorough with the techs on the other end of the phone - all the while maintaining a pleasant demeanor - and was actually able to use his 14 years experience to troubleshoot a problem on their end.

As the process took 3.5 hours (continuing 45 minutes after they closed) I had the opportunity to watch the rest of the staff interact with customers and I can say, without question that they were equally as knowledgeable and pleasant as Bobby.

Look, the whole process of getting new devices, shutting down the old ones, transferring info, etc., SUCKS. But, if you have to do it, I highly recommend Verizon at West End.

Went there to fix an issue with my sim card. Immediately after explaining the issue both guys in the store knew exactly what was going on(recurring issue with iPhone 13). Bobby who I worked with directly was super friendly and efficient at solving the issue. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I don’t have great things to say about Verizion as a company(or any phone company I’ve ever had) but the employees at this store are top notch.

For the money you’re spending on a new phone, the service you get should match that investment. I had a great, pain free experience at this store. Bobby was particularly helpful, friendly, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need/want.

Steve A. is a life saver! I had two issues he resolved so quickly. First issue was my hotspot not working. He confirmed it was on my account and showed me how to reset the settings and it worked!! Second issue was that a phone representative removed the promo I received when signing up for a new line and phone. Steve caught this before we did and submitted an offline review asap and the promo was put back in place the very next day! We couldn’t be more happy with his service, kindness and expert knowledge! The SLP store is our go-to and we’ll never go anywhere else! Highly recommend this location!

It took me longer to unload my son from the car than to have the guy help me with what I needed. As I had previously posted I had gone to a Verizon location in Eden prairie where I was denied help. As soon as I walked into this location the guy was so helpful, he verified my data was properly transferred, he converted my physical sim to an eSIM card and sold me a car charger in less than 5 mins (no joke). He was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasant experience.

Our rep. Jesse Belisle was Awesome! He was able to get our phones pre-ordered for us earlier in the week and he got us in on the same day the phones were delivered.

He got both my wife and I completed set up on our new phones, set up, installation of screen and camera protectors. We'll definitely be going back here. Especially for Jesse!

My partner and I walked in yesterday with the intention of putting her on my verizon plan. We were met and furthermore astounded by a Verizon team member named Brody. While I am not usually the type to write reviews, both my partner and I were highly impressed by his professionalism, charisma, and customer service that afternoon. He promptly facilitated our request, while also simultaneously providing insight to upgrades we had available which were unbeknownst to us at the time. This led us to walking out with two brand new phones that we both are ecstatic about. Because of our experience and Brody's exceptional customer service, this Verizon location will be our go-to for all of our cell phone needs.

I would highly recommend this location, as they have employees such as Brody who make an otherwise mundane errand a great experience.

Brody was fantastic. He explained all the benefits of, and informed me of any down sides, my phone upgrade. Made the process easy and fun. 10/10 recommend!

Picked up my new iPhone 14 Pro Max and the whole process of purchasing and phone set & transfer of information from old phone went very smoothly. I was assisted by Bobby, who was newly hired and still on his first week. He did a very fine job and wasn’t afraid to ask questions about the process from his coworkers to ensure a smooth process for me.

Steve Anderson was a pleasure to deal with. We are no spring chickens and lots about cell phones, wireless plans, etc etc are fairly opaque to us. Steve was enormously helpful, patient, and knowledgeable and helped us get a new wireless plan more suited to our needs as well as explaining some features of our current Verizon phone and helping us set up automatic payment withdrawals. We appreciate the fantastic customer service

I honestly cannot thank Steve Anderson enough. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Steve, Brody, and their store location @ 5334 west 16th street St. Louis Park, If you are looking for honest and genuine professional services. I walked in very frustrated and exhausted with Verizon level of customer services all across the board until my visit here. I had encountered some phone difficulties over the past few months and no other Verizon stores, customer services, or AI chats were able to help. kudos for everything

We stopped in to get new phones and we were very impressed with our sales rep, who went by the name “S”. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. We have been going to this store exclusively for the last 5 years because we’ve had such great experiences. Much better than any other Verizon store. Highly recommend!
