I have a 23 year old minivan that I thought well was afraid was beyond help… They professionally diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote that they stuck to like glue, Dave and his team knew exactly what was wrong and needed to be repaired… the work was completed within the time specified and all of my excessive road noise and drag is gone. Dave Stevens and Brad are great mechanics. Responsive to phone calls, showing patience by answering all of my questions, and they took their time to make the proper recommendation. I just had three vehicles fixed by them, and each one came back like new. I wanted to find the best dealer alternative out there, and I feel like I did that by working with Stevens Automotive Repair the last two weeks.

Awesome service. I had a simple job that takes an hour or less. I went to multiple local shops and direct competitors to Steven's to get a quote. They all said they'd "get back to me" with a quote. It seemed like no one wanted my business, many ended up never calling back at all.

This shop gave me a fair price and performed the job on the spot. In and out for 25-50% of what Ford dealers were quoting me, not to mention the dealers were all booked up. Steven's actually seemed like they wanted my business, appreciated me as a customer, and were excited to help me out. They've definitely earned my business for any future work.

Dave is a great mechanic. He's knowledgeable and honest, and he will help you get the most possible mileage out of your car. I have recommended him to both my family and my wife's and they both bring their cars to him now, too.

Upon a recommendation from a couple of friends, I tried out using Stevens for some problems I was having with our family minivan. I can't say enough how thorough and honest of a job this shop has done for me and my family. Since bringing in the van for some exhaust problems and being thrilled with the work Stevens did, we've brought it back for a brake job and some other minor issues one of our cars was having. His prices have always been at or below his quote and the work is done quickly. On one occasion, Dave Stevens even drove me home seven miles when I didn't have a ride back.

Additionally, I have sent my mother there for some problems she was having with her car and he has been so honest with her that when she showed up asking for an $1,100 exhaust vapor system repair (per the analysis of another repair show asking $1,300 for the same job), he talked her out of it and fixed the problem free of charge with just a minor repair elsewhere on the vehicle. Since then, my mother is a sworn believer in this place and has returned several times for other repairs. In most cases, Stevens just fixes the problem right on the spot and won't even charge her. I don't know how he stays in business. I've also referred a cousin of mine to him for what she thought would be an $800 job, and with just a phone conversation, Dave explained to her how to fix the problem without needing any repair. This place is amazing and very worthy of your business.

Word to the wise...this is not a typical, fancy auto repair shop on a busy street corner. It's hidden away behind another business in the approximate vicinity of Delnor Hospital and is just a smallish place with a couple of auto experts fixing vehicles. Just follow your navigation and find the place and you'll agree that it's well worth the effort.

I was impressed with the reviews written for auto repair work done by Stevens. So I called and made an appointment to have my brakes done.

The guys at Stevens are as honest as it gets. I brought my car in on short notice after seeing if they could take a look at something for me. Within 15 mins they fixed the issue and I was on my way. After being quoted $850 from the dealership where I regularly get my car serviced, I decided to get a second opinion. I found Stevens Auto Repair online and called to get an appointment. The owner, Dave, answered the phone and spoke with me for over 30 minutes about the problem with my car. I brought it in to leave it over night in order for the mechanics to hear the noise it was making upon starting. Turns out, the dealership misdiagnosed my car and almost cost me $850 out of pocket! Dave and his crew correctly diagnosed and fixed my vehicle for less than half the cost. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood what the problem was. Very honest mechanic! I will absolutely go back if I am having future problems!

Wow I will definitely recommend anybody with car issues to visit this auto repair shop. I was told by the dealership that the repairs to my cars rattle noise would be over $1,000 ,so I went to this auto repair shop for a second opinion. Come to find out the solution wasn’t even what the dealer had mentioned. Stevens auto repair was very honest and truthful and save me hundreds of dollars and even got me to work on time. I will never take my car to the dealers for repairs again.

Very experienced auto technicians. Had work done on my 86 Caprice Classic and have had no issues! Recently had an emergency and Steve was there to take care of it. Solid work at a very reasonable price!
