This UPS store was amazing! I waited in line with multiple boxes to be returned from Amazon and I was in a hurry. I was told I needed to provide my own tape and box despite what Amazon had told me. Instead of charging me or making me go back home, the kind lady at the desk said she would take care of it for me. I truly appreciated her kindness, especially during this busy time of the year.
