Express

Probably the most organized express I've been to. Staff is always attentive and willing to help.

This location, especially Peggy and Kat, give superior customer service and stylist help. This is my favorite location because of them. I also so appreciate the fact that Express as a corporation is doing as much as possible to help consumers who want to come in to shop instead of online. My friends and I discuss this often.. They respect customers diverse needs as a mask optional business while still taking cleaning precautions.

yesterday my boyfriend and his brother went in to pick out an outfit for his brother for an event of a loved one. The workers were extremely kind and made a huge impact. The customer service is incredible and we greatly appreciate the staff.

I’ve def gained some covid weight and very hesitant on buying jeans. Peggy at the Geneva Commons store was AMAZING! I felt comfortable talking with her and she picked out jeans that would work. And really made me feel good. Thank you.

Overall great service, super friendly staff! Iza definitely took her time helping me out with any questions and opinions that I needed!

Decent size store with enough options where it feels worth a trip if you're looking for someone with the express flair.

Very helpful employee looked in stock and other stores to find the size we needed.

I love that they are bringing back Sparkle. Clothes have gotten so boring but you can always count on the express to keep clothes interesting.
