I am incredibly happy to experience my first visit to The Fresh Market!

After my friend gave me a towering lemon cake slice for my birthday, I knew that I needed to stop in and enjoy the entire store environment because I was highly impressed with the quality of cake supplied to The Fresh Market. The attention to detail to detail in the white chocolate curls which top the towering lemon cake slice simply amazes me!

My gratitude to the kind, generous, transparent, and welcoming service of the bakery manager for encouraging me to take my time and pick out exactly what I wanted. In no way did I feel rushed or questioned as I looked carefully at each delicious item. It was very helpful to learn from her that some of the cakes are kept frozen when not on display because I chose one of them to keep cool for later.

My friend and I then took in the warm homey artful decorations along the walls and very much appreciated the wonderfully eclectic, excellently crafted, and beautifully traditional feeling that The Fresh Market creates in our hearts before purchasing the cakes with a careful front end clerk.

I was very excited to see the price was lower than I had expected and am grateful for the opportunity to be a customer in the later hours of operation. My friend and I truly felt that we were family in the presence of the workers because, while their demeanor was professional, they were also interested in providing us with the best possible experience of The Fresh Market in every way possible.

I am very grateful and anticipate another copious bakery order in the future!

This is the cutest little groceries and everything store😄

For most Midwest folks used to the old school Dominick's/Jewel type shop, this might come as a pleasant surprise. The Fresh Market has more in common with the bodegas of NYC - the place is very small and packed with a fresh produce section, refrigerated produce, fresh meat counter, deli items counter and deli items displays.

Dairy? They have it. Dry goods? of course they have it. Drinks and snacks? yes😁

They have nuts and stuff areas (not sure what they're properly called) in bulk, just like Whole Foods 😄 but of course, smaller.

We came in for a chocolate pecan pie or three, but left empty handed 🥺 because if you've had their chocolate pecan pie you'll know how absolutely delicious they are🤤😋❤

Carries high end ingredients, while expensive, it's well worth it. Most stores just don't carry the kind of stock they do. Great selection of olive oils and vinegars.

Excellent Thanksgiving Meal was prepared by the folks at the Wilmette, IL store. The entire experience from ordering online, the pick-up process, and the quality and taste of the food, exceeded our expectations.

Having not paid much attention to this Fresh Market since they opened, my dad mentioned he had positive experiences and we went together recently.
In summary, it's perfect. Product, meat and fish, and the pre-prepared and bakery counters are cleanly stocked with fresh, high-quality, beautifully arranged foods, as is the entirety of the rest of the store. The associates are very nice and the location itself is convenient. Overall it was a great experience.

Good grocery store. It's kind of like taking a step in time and getting better than average service and decent prices. It is well kept and well stocked. The isles are free of overstock and the prices are competitive. The selections are adequate with all major brands available and the store brands are mostly as good or better. The meat selections are well represented and fairly priced.

Just would give a shout to deli workers Mina and Evlia. Everytime my husband comes to the store they are the ones he rave about. So helpful and kind. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Love this store and all their prepared meats, meals and bakery items! We wish we lived a bit closer to shop here more often.

Carmen and John in the meat department are wonderful! Carmen is warm and friendly and always has great suggestions when I need a dinner idea! Recently, John patiently explained the difference between various cuts of beef, which was really helpful and informative. Great options for grilling and meat/chicken/fish are always good!

Bret was such a huge help and was offering to help me find almost every single iteam I was looking for, he is a absolutely amazing help, I am definitely gonna shop here again.

So happy to have found another Fresh Market! The one we used to visit in Deerpark sadly closed. We purchased oysters and muscles along with some wonderful french bread and amazing fresh produce. The seafood was SO fresh and they took the time to sift through our muscles to be sure we didn't get any bad ones. This is when you realize they are not a typical grocer; this place is special. Prices seemed fair for the quality. The staff and the customers were all practicing social distancing and true respect towards each other. A wonderful experience with great food. Can't wait to go back!

The produce and meat department provide superior quality items.
Specials also make many of the high end items more affordable.
While I don't buy my everyday household needs when I shop here, I always look forward to purchasing the specialty items that they provide.
I try to avoid the bakery items as they all look so good!! The deli also has some very good prepared items. I have also purchased holiday foods here and have never been disappointed.

I started a new job across the street at Chalet Nursery, and after work, I stopped at Fresh Market.

I was impressed by the quality of their produce. I have been looking for good grapefruit, and here it was—large, pink, and sweet grapefruit.

Mauricio in the meat department recommended the Parmesan chicken, and is my new favorite. Last Saturday Mauricio mentioned that The filet mignon was on sale. OMG, I made two tacos with flour tortillas for dinner. Delicioso.

I also found my favorite dairy products, Pete’s coffee and outstanding bread like the rosemary sourdough bread. I did not care for the cornbread.

I still have to discover many things at Fresh Market, and I am looking forward to shop here again.

I highly approve Fresh Produce, particularly the daily specials.

The ready prepared food is great. Produce is really fresh. Great prices on fresh flowers and plants, if you need a quick gift. Fresh ground coffee selections and bulk candies. Bakery has great treats. Service is wonderful.

Love the coffee and variety of items. Some things I can't find anywhere else. Short lines, great quality and good prices compared to Whole Foods and Mariano's. Love the fact that there aren't a lot of aisles just to find one thing. They also deliver with Instacart.

Fresh Market is one of my favorite grocery stores, and of course they don't exist where I'm stationed! It's ok though. I enjoy coming semi-annually to buy out the store's stock of Hazelnut and Cream and Hazelnut Cinnamon coffee when I visit! Until next time! 💗

Super cool place! I always come after I get off work to pickup dinner. Their macarons are delicious, and that southwest chicken salad is AWESOME. Great variety, cool environment, pleasant staff.
