Complete Birkenstock

Amazing service!!! Was looking for a specific pair online for months and I finally found it here. They were super helpful and went out of their way to make sure that I got the pair I wanted. Would recommend for all your Birkenstock needs, 10/10!!

I love this store. This is the only place that I buy Birkenstocks from ( 4 pair ) they have plenty of very helpful employees who know the product well. Many styles and sizes in stock. Plenty of public parking. I highly recommend this store.

Had a great experience shopping here! They have an amazing selection of Birkenstocks and the staff are very knowledgeable and extremely attentive. They were also happy to add more holes onto my boyfriend’s old Birkenstock sandals. We loved the store so much that we brought my boyfriend’s mom back the very next day and she ended up buying a pair of shoes too!
I’m really close to needing a new pair of Birkenstock sandals and I absolutely know where I’ll go when that time comes.

Finally got me a pair of the much talked about Birkenstock sandals at this independent store. I loved the fact that they were open on Sunday and customer service is top notch. You feel like royalty walking into this store. Spent a big buck and didn't even feel it.

Drove to the far northside, hour drive. Well worth my time, helpful staff, got what I wanted. Got a comfy pair of leather slip on clogs, wonderful cork sole that Birkenstock is famous for, molding into your footprint. Reccomend you buy here instead of other stores since they only sell Birkenstocks. Great German Product!

My fiancee and I went to Birkenstock yesterday and quite honestly, it was one of the best shopping experiences I think I've ever had in my life. The staff was BEYOND amazing - so helpful, so kind, so thoughtful. We walked away with a couple great pairs of shoes, and a sticker, and a cookie from the staff :)

I've purchased several pairs of Birkenstock sandals from this store and they are always pleasant and accommodating to me. The sales person that helped me on my last visit was super helpful considering I couldn't figure out which style I wanted....lol ....They're doing a wonderful job to manage the customers want. And they very knowledgeable and talk to you on professional way. keeping numbers of people manageable in the store & servicing people quickly but without rushing them. Bought a new style of Birkenstock. And the price was reasonable. Loved Birkenstock because it's really comfy when you use it and high-quality product. This store exceeds my expectations. Had a wonderful experience buying Birkenstock to this location.

The sales staff was very knowledgeable. I tried on several pairs in both the classic and soft bed, with leather and synthetic uppers. Because I was shopping for Birkenstocks specifically it was great to have so many options, unlike other stores that only feature a few styles. I will shop here again.

Me and my 2 daughters walked into the store and we saw 3-4 employees but one of them, Harout had a strong urge to help us. He showed us his knowledge about the shoes and what my daughter needs. He brought my daughter the shoes we needed to try on and he was up and on his knees, he gave in all his good energy to satisfy us! We are so grateful! We love Birkenstocks and we stopped to buy one pair but we left the store with 2! Thank You Harout!

My husband and I have been buying our shoes here for years! They have a great knowledgeable staff, so helpful. They take their time with each customer, letting you find the perfect fit! Looking forward to getting to their shop to purchase soon! We love to support local small businesses!

WELCOMING! This Birkenstock store has both a very welcoming staff and store ambiance! The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about the shoes and accessories they offer in the store! The store layout has an Earthy atmosphere that is indicative of the Birkenstock brand! My Birk's lasted me over 10 years and I finally needed to get another pair of sandals for the summer. The sandals are well worth the money as they are built to last! Nothing comes close to the durability and longevity of Birkenstock's! Needless to say, I am thrilled with my new purchase and my shopping experience here was top shelf!

Nice store to buy any Birkenstocks you want. Helpful staff. Small store but a wide selection. Went during COVID and felt they were very smart about regulations. Masks required and lower capacity. (I think it was 3) :)

The best customer service experience I've ever had in my life! The salesman was very pleasant, accommodative, fast, knew the product, on his knees adjusting the straps to give you the best fit of all 10 pairs of shoes I tried on!
I ended up walking out in my first and best fitting Birkenstock pair.

Our firat time there and it was great. The salesperson Xariah was exellent. She helped my wife find just what she was looking for. This place has just about every color and style. Xariah was so knowledgeable that we ended up picking out three pairs and made plans to come back in the fall for the fuzzy ones!

It's nice to be able to shop at Brick and Mortar store with a great selection of Birkenstocks. They stand behind what they sell and quickly resolved an issue that I had. Exceptional customer service. I'll definitely be back in the Spring!
