Great customer service and knowledge. My husband and I know NOTHING about cars and finding someone that will shoot you a honest answer & estimate is hard. Would trust Tyler and the mechanics at Distler’s with my car every time! Fixing a car and maintenance is expensive no matter where you go, but integrity and honesty is everything and I know whatever we need completed will be completed at the most cost-effective measure and the use of the best quality parts and service. Honest crew here and very professional. They could have lied and told me the leak was worse and got me for 1200 bucks, but they recommended I wait to repair a tiny seep until it got worse.

I had heard amazing stories about Distlers and their attention to detail! This combined with excellent customer service and transparency through the entire repair I could not recommend a better Euro focused shop. My friend had so many little issues and bugs with his 300Z and Distlers was on it!
I just dropped off my 2016 A7 with a check engine light and what appears to be an oil leak. I trust they’ll diagnose and be able to repair in a timely fashion. God bless y’all!!

Very friendly, respected my time, and were upfront about everything. Brought my BMW in for A/C blowing warm, got an accurate price quote, and was fixed the very next day, only because the compressor wasn't on hand for a same-day fix. A/C is ice cold now. Initially had to make an appointment and wait a few days to be seen, but it makes sense that they get a lot of business because they're good at what they do.

They are kind and have good customer service. When I call and make appointments they understand me and I understand them.

This is a great shop. Fixed my X5 after a belt snapped on a cross country trip, helped me ship it cross country, and BJ and supporting staff were on point and honest. If I lived in the area, this would be my go to shop for all of my cars!

I absolutely love and trust Distlers for my Landrover. I found them when I got frustrated with the dealership in MO. The dealership never fixed an issue and would charge me thousands. Distlers found the problem, fixed it, and it didnt cost me any where near the amount the dealership was going to charge. I've been using Distlers for years now. My baby is over 15years old and they keep her in tip top shape for overlanding trips and daily use. My friends and family use them now too. So thankful I found a certified Landrover shop near me. I also love supporting a local family run business. Great customer service, honest, and I trust that they fix everything so that I don't get stuck in the middle of no where alone on long overllanding trips.

Good experience with the company. No issues

This team was great. I had broken the water pump while driving back home in KY. I had the car towed on Friday night. And they had it completely fixed by Tuesday evening (they are closed on weekends) and had recognized and fixed another issue that I knew about but was low on priority list for me. Great job and extremely satisfied with the whole experience including pricing.

Great place and friendly staff! They're attentive to my concerns. If you have a fairly new or older luxury vehicle like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, or Lexus, bring it there. They're cheaper than local dealerships, and pretty quick! I always have a great experience whenever I take my '02 BMW 525i sedan for maintenance.

I have taken several foreign vehicles to Distler's over the years and never was disappointed in the quality of their work or their price structure. They have never exceeded a quote and call if they find something out of the norm which could change the quote. Thank you all for the service you perform. I just got home from my test drive of my 300ZX and am super pleased!

One thing I can say they were honest about what I really needed for my vehicle and did a good job doing it plus when the wrong part came they made sure they got the right part for my vehicle now I have a older 97 BMW which I love so I thank them for their honesty and I will be back with my other foreign vehicle/ Thanks so much

Very good place, very busy, but they back up their work. I had to take a car back 3 times with engine light for fuel mixture codes, and what turned out to be a bad fuel pump and then ultimately bad gas. But they covered the extra work and made it good.

Solid local family-owned business outing Mercedes and Volkswagen certified one clear-cut factor of a good shop is the fact that their lot is always busy although small they're big on service suggest making an appointment if you want to get in and out otherwise typically one to two days to get back to you on initial problem once they do you're driving in 24 to 48 hours only Volkswagen or Mercedes certified shop on the Illinois side of St Louis but I recommend small Hometown shop with big time service and they do fantastic work

I take all of my vehicles here and won't go anywhere else. They are honest and call you to let you know what they will be doing if its more than what you expected. They are the only place I tell people to go.
