Absolutely love this place. Shipped out over 2000$ worth of collection items throughout the last few years. They have packaged and shipped every item flawless with buyer/seller reviews highly rating the packaging. Rodney took care of my service and packaged my items this Friday quickly was very cool! Don’t recommend anywhere else it’s hard to beat the rates and great customer service!

The owner is so nice and personable! I needed to return to accent cabinets that were very heavy and he came out to my car with a dolly and moved them for me, I really appreciated him taking that extra step to help me. I also noticed he has a sign that if someone needs a job they can print and/or fax their resume free of charge, I love seeing someone be such a kind person.

I had a great experience, as always, tonight. I had a minor issue and she was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge about the shipping of my packages and explained the cost so that understood it. I even left my wallet when I left and she called my phone right away to let me know she had it. I will come here everytime e have any shipping needs.

The Mail Box Store, in O'Fallon, has given outstanding service since we began using them in December of 2019. I moved to Colombia, and the country's mail service isn't very reliable. This business partners with DHL, and there has never been a problem. They give special attention to make sure packages being sent will get through customs without delay, through their knowledge of all the necessary paperwork needed to properly filled out. The staff is also extremely accommodating, especially helping to navigate items items allowed into Colombia, and those prohibited.
I highly recommend using The Mail Box Store for any shipment needs, especially overseas. In return you'll receive fast deliveries without complications.

I was at the post office and was told they couldn't ship my package without a preprinted label. I didn't have access to a printer to create the label so I walked out quite annoyed. Eliot from the mailbox store had overheard my situation inside and approached me when I walked to my truck. He explained that his store ships for all the major carriers and even took my package right on the spot. I sent him the email and didn't have to lift a finger to get my package shipped. Thank you so much for being so helpful and also on being a kind human! I'm a guaranteed future customer!

The people were very nice and very pleasant will definitely use them again. This place is so awesome and I have never had any problems with my packages getting where they need to go. This is my go to place.

Had an antique sewing machine shipped to Florida from Post Pack. Was given a reasonable price and it was professionally packaged for it's trip. The owner Daniel is an awesome person who treated this old Marine right. Even shouted out a "Semper Fi" when I walked out. I'd come back again.
