Best UPS Store experience I’ve had. I was instantly greeted upon arrival, the associate knew exactly what to do, and I was in and out within a minute. Everyone was friendly and quickly assisting customers.

This store receives an overwhelming amount of Amazon return packages. It’s much more than they should be able to handle. Yet the young staff are always friendly, courteous, respectful, smiling, gentle, and always receives you with a greeting and a dismissal. This is a young crew, so that says a lot. Amazing staff. !!!

I am a "regular" here and I have always had a great experience. Even when they are busy, they are kind and efficient. I always leave there in a better mood than when I walk in. Keep up the great job everyone!

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this location. It’s a crew of young hard workers and they are always happy to help and get everybody in and out as quick as possible.

1st time here! I came around 10 am on a Monday morning (a couple of hours after they opened) and they was busy, but I was in and out quickly. There was tons of employees working to get people in and out, which was great. Tons of parking available in the lot out front.

Great, friendly staff who are always moving and working! Always helpful and I've seen them taking special care of older folks who were shipping something for the first time.

If you are one of the few people who gave this place a bad review and said they are "lazy" or "rude", chances are it wasn't they that were the problem...I've seen customers get irate because they don't like the prices or because they were busy taking care of other customers who needed help and felt like they deserved special treatment.

Sorry folks. But the young people who work at this UPS store are friendly, hustle, and work harder than 99% of most folks these days.

The people are fantastic. Always, and I mean always, super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Love this office!!

All the workers here are so kind and helpful! The location is in a safe place and easy to find! I have never had a problem trying to return packages! Highly recommend!

“I recently purchased an antique Tesla coil (electrical device that produces very high voltage) from a seller halfway across the country. The 110-year-old coil is large and very heavy, yet with many fragile parts and protuberances. The seller was unwilling to pack or ship it, but agreed to drop it off at a local shipper. Because of positive experiences under similar circumstances in the past, I wanted to employ the services of a UPS Store, and the seller chose Store #2694 in Shiloh due to convenience of location.

The personnel at #2694 responded quickly to e-mail correspondence, and agreed to pack the coil and ship it by freight on a pallet. They kindly informed me of every stage in the process.

The coil arrived several days later in an enormous, sturdy outer box attached to the pallet. The coil was inside a second box, with an enormous amount of high-quality packing material in between the two, and protecting the coil inside its box. Almost needless to say, the coil survived the journey without the slightest damage.

The freight truck driver was friendly and helpful, and set the pallet down where I wanted it.

Thus, I can highly recommend UPS Store #2694 for packing, and shipping or freighting difficult items, for working efficiently at a location remote from the client, and for friendly and rapid communication at all times.”

Everyone there is always super friendly and they are always fully staffed. Long lines only take a few minutes. I've been to a bunch of UPS stores and this one is by far the best.

Everyone who works here are super friendly and willing to help you. Fantastic customer service! I’m always in and out. I only go to this store. I have never had an issue with friendliness, charges or lost packages. They are the best!

This UPS has the best customer service. They immediately tried to resolve my issue, and did everything possible to provide me with fantastic service. I can't say enough how much I appreciated the help when issue arose in my delivery( incorrect address). I am extremely grateful to them for going the extra mile.

The staff provides the best customer experience I’ve ever worked with at a shipping and receiving office. They are very attentive and efficient.

The BEST customer service I've ever experienced with packing/shipping needs. Every employee is incredibly fast and very friendly. Today the manager asked me about my broken arm, and when he found out I was recently in a car accident, showed such sympathy and wished me the best. I'm from St. Louis, and I've never experienced customer service like this before moving to Shiloh!

I have recently had the need to use shipping service on a regular basis, and I never thought I'd say it, but I don't dread shipping anymore. I gladly pass by SEVERAL freight services to go here. I can't think of a business that is much better in regards to value, speed, and friendliness. 5 stars for sure.

I was on the road for business in O’Fallon, Illinois and needed notary services in order to close on a land sale deal. Nick K. at this UPS Store provided the notary service, copies, arranged for a second witness, and even hand delivered my documents package the FedEx warehouse on his way home. The documents arrived in time for the closing and error free. Thank you Nick. This is the best UPS Store I have visited, and I use them often all over the US.
