Great store with great service. This is my neighborhood hardware store and everyone in there treats me very well. Kyle is the one I seek out the most. Always smiling and very helpful and knowledgeable of what I need. I have never had a bad experience there and the entire staff is to be commended for how well they do their best to help you.

The management and staff are absolutely amazing at this OFallon Il location. The store is always clean and well stocked. My husband and I really enjoy shopping here.

Had a bizarre experience at another local Ace, and ended up just ordering what I needed through this location. My pick up was quick, and the two loading my car were very positive about getting it to fit, and just overall helpful and friendly. I tried to tip and neither would take it. Thank you for your help!

After a power outage our home AC condenser wasn’t working. I found that our capacitor was our likely culprit, I found this store had one in stock. I called the store and the associate put hands on to verify it was there before I drove all the way to the store. When I arrived at the store I was greeted with some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at a retail store. I was greeted by a woman asking if I needed help finding what I was looking for. She immediately directed me to the right isle and radioed an assistant to meet me in that isle. Long story short I was in and out within minutes, every worker was extremely pleasant, and the capacitor I purchased solved our AC problem. Shout out to this store and the entire staff that was working today. If I could give a 10 star review I would!

Friendly staff and always great service. It's nice to go somewhere where they always ask you if you need help finding anything. This store always has what I need and the coupons are great too.

I haven't been to Ace in a very long time. I completely forgot why I loved going to Ace Hardware, versus the bigger stores, and was quickly reminded the second that I walked in the door. With two toddlers it's hard to juggle them, plus remember what you need, plus get everything you need when shopping. I was helped by a young man that led me to every item I needed, took the items to the front and after checking everything out he took them to my truck. Such helpful service. I passed Lowes and Home Depot to get to Ace and will continue to do so. Thanks for reminding me what great service looks like.🥰

These folks are always so friendly and wonderfully helpful. Every time we've been in there, they have welcomed us with a genuine smile and gone out of their way to help us find an item, an aisle, or specific area. Excellent customer service!! I really appreciated the patience and genuine desire to assist me with buying a garage heater. I couldn't visualize 95 square feet, so the employee looked up a room with that sq footage to help me. He was looking up heaters, so I had no idea that he was looking up a room until he told me to look. Thank you :)

Today was my first visit, good selection of equipment but staff mockingly discussing how apparently confused I look while trying to select the best wood filler for my job, is not exactly a welcoming atmosphere. I am well aware of wood filler so there was no confusion, purely a customer looking at different products. The discussions were not of a nature deciding whether to come and help me.

I like going here because even though I really love stores like Lowe's they're just too big and have way too many products to navigate through. I rather go to a small Ace hardware any day because everything is compact and easy. And the staff is almost too friendly or maybe they're just super bored because moving through maybe 30 ft of the store I got asked by three different associates if I needed help. Obviously this is not a knock on them. And even though I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for and where it was, an associate was able to show me there were more places to look for what I was looking for. Especially like this location over others because at the register there are some drinks like root beer, cream soda and orange cream soda that I can't find anywhere else.

Fantastic service, above and beyond in the hardware depth. Didn't have item I needed so fabricated it for me.

I have been going here for 13 years. Never had such great customer service. No matter what I need there is always someone there to help me. I really like that I can buy one spring, nut, screw, etc. at a time.

My new place to shop. Like 1000 time more helpful than Lowes & Home depot. When purchasing a chainsaw, they filled it with gas and oil and ensured it was ready to use when I walked out the door. Didn't have to ask or pay for the extra service.

Staff is super friendly, and they have fantastic seasonal sales for veggies, flowers and other plants.
