Grill and Chill Dairy Queen of Grand Ledge

Their $7 meal is a delicious deal. I absolutely loved the tenders, burger and cheese sticks with the sundae. The service was amazing. Food came out hot, fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend!

I wish i could go here more often my friend has bought me a few 6pc chicken strip baskets, and small heath blizzards. Good food overall 5 stars.

Ordered some food through the Dairy Queen app the day after the power came back from a storm and showed up and they were closed awaiting inventory. Was somewhat understanding although still disappointed they took the order and I wasted my time going there. So I contacted Dairy Queen through email and they said that the individual store would have to figure it out and can’t help me. Next day I called and talked to a manager and they said they’d figure out a refund and call me soon to let me know, well a week later and no refund and no call. So I decide to call for an update and can’t get ahold of anyone, call again the next day around 1 and talk to a different manager. I tell them at this point just either give me the food I bought or refund me and instead of them saying ok come on down and we’ll give you the food i’m told that the other manager will be in at 3 and call me right away, well it’s now 6:30 and haven’t heard anything. Really disappointed and have wasted so much time over what was like a $6 order.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! Never had a bad experience since they opened. Tonight, I was told McDonalds ice cream machine was down after I asked them for a shot size of ice cream for my dog, and had already been given my two shakes I ordered. I couldn’t let my dog watch me eat ice cream and him not have any! I went to Dairy Queen and asked for just a small thing of ice cream for my dog. The girl said “absolutely!”, and gave me a cup of ice cream with a dog bone, free of charge. My dog and I will both be back and continue to support this dog friendly business!

Great food, i only have had the 6 pc chicken strip basket with a small Heath blizzard.

I ordered a medium caramel sundae. For me, it was much larger than I expected. The young woman who took my order was polite and friendly. I wish I remembered her name so I could give her a shout-out for a job well done. Decent price too.

Great establishment all around, but Bill Jonson was what made my review 5 stars. Bill Jonson is single handedly the greatest fast food worker I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I love Bill Jonson. 5 stars, 11/10

We took our great niece there and she ordered the banana split. We all had fun. Plus it's such a clean restaurant. Thank you.

This place rocks. Heather has taken our order quite a few times. She is the BEST! Very friendly. You can't go wrong with ice cream so any place works. But, if you want friendly service, come here.

Was greeted with a wave and a big smile, gentleman taking our order very patient and helpful and even though the drive thru was backed up around the building food was served quickly and was just as ordered, will definitely be here more often

I have only ever had good experiences with this Dairy Queen. The staff is always polite, the food is always good and it's always quick. Love this place!

The service was great. My food was very good, but the fries were chewy and barely warm.

They have a great front porch area with lots of shade to eat your ice cream at outside. I asked them if I could bring my leashed dog in there and they said yes, and then asked if I wanted a pup cup for her. I was very surprised and pleased. We went through the drive thru and then just parked to eat it there rather than have it melt on the kids in the car on the way to a park to eat it. All of our Blizzards were really good also! I have also gone other times by myself and have had pleasant service each time. The parking lot can be busy in the Summer with cars so the front porch area does have a fence all around it to help contain kids who might finish their ice cream at different times.

I got the mint girlscout cookie flurry. It was really good. U have to treat yourself once in awhile. And this place is worth doing it at. Fast service. Kind cashier. Cars got thru drive thru quickly.

Didn’t quite make it to opening day, but that was good because it wasn’t as busy. The service was very good from beginning to end. The cashier was accurate, thorough and quick. We also waited less than 10 minutes to get our food which was phenomenal for any establishment. The taste and the temperature of the food were good and the staff friendly and enthusiastic. Grand Ledge has a winner here and DQ is a welcome addition to our growing community.

We got my Mom to step out of her assisted living for change of scenery. She is blind but had heard ads for this place and wanted to give it a try. We had a very nice experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The burgers, cheese curds and onion rings were what my Mom was craving...a break from bland "old people's home" food. Nice clean dining area too!

This Dairy Queen location is amazing! There’s another one on W. Saginaw Highway in Lansing and we prefer to come to this location because they are always very friendly and very accommodating and give amazing service! If you have the choice between going to Dairy Queen in Lansing on W. Saginaw Highway or this location even if it’s a drive, make the drive to this location! It will be worth it. We will never go to the other location on West Saginaw again after receiving such great service here! My best friend and I bring her dog and they always have a pup cup for her and are so excited to see her dog! Also the W. Saginaw Highway location doesn’t have the ability to do Dairy Queen rewards and they don’t have a full menu so if you want a great Dairy Queen experience come to the Grand Ledge Dairy Queen! You will not regret it!

1st time I had the server actually listen to my special request and my BFFs too. I love my blizzard's to have substantial amounts of ingredients so I ask for double. My pal gets most flavors blended half with vanilla as her taste is sensitive. Her husband is a regular and that maybe why we get great service but.. they're good people so I'll be back.

Tonight was our first time there and we loved it! We'll definitely be going back again soon!

It's a chain so you know how the food is.... So we need to review the staff. They get five stars. Great service. Very fast. Very friendly.
