My experience with Last Stop Auto Sales began a few months back when I purchased a van for my son. Robert, who sold us the van, was very knowledgable when it came to the in's and out's of the van. My son absolutely loves the van as does my grandson (probably because of the flip down TV). Since that purchase went rather well and was completely painless, I decided to inquire about the pricing on the remote starts. My particular inquiry was one that kind of threw Mike (the owner) a curve ball due to the fact that I was inquiring on a remote start for a semi truck. Enter Rafael. This guy is just awesome. He was pretty positive that he could install the smart start remote start in my truck but wanted to due a little research and make sure that he had no unanswered questions that would prevent him from completing the installation. Well, after making sure that he was no longer pretty sure and was in fact 100% positive he could do the install, I brought my semi in and had the remote start installed. Without a doubt, this was one of the best business decisions I could've made. Having the ability to start my truck (which is parked in West Chicago) while I'm still in Schaumburg is simply priceless. I can start my truck from anywhere in the United States. How cool, right?!?! Since both of those experiences went well, I decided to go for broke and have a remote start put in my car as well as my friends van. My friend could not be happier with his experience and how well his remote start works for him. Truth be told, the experience I had was a little different with my car. My car was a little more challenging to have the remote start function properly. When it was installed, for some reason it began to mess with how my car shifted. Now, that being said, Rafael was pretty sure that it had nothing to do with his install and was willing to stand behind it. He told me that if I took my car to my mechanic and he found that the remote start was in fact the problem, that he would not only pay my mechanics bill, but also refund the price of the remote start if he could not get it to function properly. That being said, my mechanic tried everything that he could think of to solve this shifting issue. After extensive research he discovered A LOT of reviews from A LOT of people indicating that it was extremely difficult to install a remote start on my particular year, make and model vehicle. He disconnected the remote start and just like that the problem was solved. Well, not only did Rafael stand by his word, but he was also able to resolve the issue and get my remote start functioning without any further trans shifting issues by installing a diode. Rafael, is now my go-to guy for any and all electrical wiring or installation that I may need to have done in the future. There's is no doubt he is one of the most honorable individuals I've had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with. Now, with that being said, Mike was equally confident in Rafael's expertise that he also backed the agreement that Rafael made with me regarding my mechanic. It is truly rare when you meet people in the used cars sales business who aren't a bunch of scheisters just looking to sell you a car and not care about you once you drive off the lot. Every experience that I have had with these people has always had me feeling more like a friend or family member as opposed to someone that they're just looking to make money off of. In case there's any doubt left in anyone's mind after reading this review, I WILL CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH LAST STOP AUTO SALES and will continue to recommend everyone that I know who might be looking for the services provided by these guys. As a matter of fact, Last Stop Auto Sales is actually my First Stop.

Based on my buying experience, I could not be more impressed. They have a great selection of cars at great prices, and their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I got the strong impression that they truly care about their customers. That suspicion was confirmed a few weeks after I bought the car.

great customer service. i financed my vehicle through these guys and it was a very easy process. i wish there were more places out there like them to do business with. I'm very happy the way everything turned out i would definitely be returning again :)

Stopped in yesterday for a quote on a remote start for my vehicle and got good quality service. All my questions were answered. Was very happy with the service I received, also got it installed the same day. I would highly recomend this business to friends and family. I will be returning for future services.

bought a car. Needed repair right away radio does not light up but works and 3 of the doors non functional. Mirrors did not move. Still working on repairing vehicle can't even have my kids in the vehicle thank God we have another car! AnYway dumped abt a thousand into it probably another thousand will go into and God only knows how much my father in law will charge for rust repair dent repair and full repaint (not needed but its the newest car I've ever owned and needs to looks nice)
